10/15/2024 – Great experience with Precision – knowledgeable sales person who worked quickly to help me identify the door that fit my needs and great installation tech (Jacob Lyndsey) who was very professional, did the job right, and took the time to explain the product to me, including on going maintenance.

9/3/2024 – Jacob Lindsey was extremely courteous and professional. He explained everything to me about the new door. He even showed me a small imperfection in one of the insulation panels that I had not noticed. He drove all the way back to the shop to get another panel and replaced the flawed panel. Would highly recommend Precision and Jacob

9/22/2023 – Jacob Lindsey is the technician that installed my new garage door and did an excellent job. He was very good at his job and explained everything to me in detail before and after the installation. He also made sure that all the remotes and door entry pad worked before leaving. He cleaned up after the job to make sure no foreign obstacles were left in the garage.
