9/15/2024 – This was an excellent experience. The technician, Jose, was friendly and knowledgeable for the fix. He came out on a Sunday and fixed the door quickly and efficiently. It was overall the best choice to contact this company. I would highly recommend.

7/28/2024 – My garage door broke on a Saturday. I called Precision immediately thinking I would ha e to schedule for sometime during the week. They were able to get me scheduled in on the very next day, on a Sunday at no extra charge for weekend. The technician who came out Jose Villalobos was very thorough and explained recommendations and what he was going to do. Jose Villalobos was very polite, professional and did quick quality work. When he was done he must have double checked his work at least 3 times before he left. Top notch workmanship, and customer service. I will be using them again in the future to do a complete new door down the road. Thank you

7/9/2024 – Very impressed with the ease of scheduling a service when my garage door stopped opening! Jose, the technician, was prompt, courteous, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, provided my options, and completed the work super quickly.

6/22/2024 – Jose was awsome!! Went above and beyond to fix our overhead, that because of a cable breakage was heavily damaged. I would almost say it is in better shape now than before accident!! Friendly and professional I am gonna request him personally if anything else needs service THANKS JOSE

3/24/2024 – Would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in need of a new system, repair, or help opening a current system. Jose was able to come out on a Sunday within 45 minutes of calling for service. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish.

12/14/2023 – Jose was great at explaining options and did not want to leave anything not done correctly. A little pricey but good warranties and service made up for it.
