10/19/2024 – Pete wendorf was the technician that came to inspect my garage door, he was very professional and explained everything in great detail. Gave me the quote and did the repairs in a very timely fashion. My overall experience with precision door and the technician was GREAT!!! THANK YOU

9/17/2024 – I couldn’t be happier with the recent service I received from Precision Garage Door of Michiana. Scheduling the service online was easy with lots of options to fit into my schedule—even 7am on Saturday morning. Peter W., the service technician was prompt, knowledgeable and exerted no pressure as he explained the options for my immediate repair along with preventive maintenance. Peter also seemed to take great pride in the company. In my experience, this happens when a company takes care of its employees and invests in their continuing education. I would certainly use Precision Garage Door again but because of Peter’s expert work, I don’t anticipate needing them for many years to come!

5/28/2024 – On time showed what the problem was explained the different options then promptly got the job complete. Service tech Peter was very informative and explained everything step by step.

4/5/2024 – Pete at Precision Door was very thorough and walked us through every part of the garage door that was needed. He gave us options and we were able to choose what we felt was best. The customer service was exemplary and the quality of parts were top notch. We highly recommend them.

1/8/2024 – Peter Wendorf was the man who installed the door. Was a very pleasant and informative guy, very personable and very polite person. Explained how the importance to lube it twice a year. and explained the warranty to me. A very conscientious worker. I would highly recommend him! Very Thankful for the business.He deserves a 5 in excellence. Very pleased!!

7/28/2023 – We needed to replace garage doors that were estimated to be 52 years old. The technician (Peter) contacted us when he was leaving the shop so we knew his estimated time of arrival. This helped with my other schedules. He was thorough, very knowledgeable, and professional. At the end he took the time to explain the warranty. Doors look amazing! Highly recommend this company.

3/22/2023 – Great overall experience. The garage tech, Pete, was very professional and did a great job tearing out my broken door and tracking and putting up new tracking and door. The communication from the office, estimate salesman, and installer was A+, Highly recommend!
