Chung Yu Li was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable and was fast and efficient! He showed us how to oil our garage door for normal keep up! He was very patient when my girls went out to watch him and talk to him! He was very kind even though he had to drive an hour to us then back home in an ice/snow storm that was starting! He was able to explain everything to us in a way we understood. Thank you!!

So, our garage door was frozen when we went to raise it. It went up but then wouldn't stay closed. Austin Jefferson, from Precision, came out within an hour. He had it repaired within 5 minutes. Precision is amazing. I highly recommend them.

Precision made an other wise very unpleaant experience pain free. Our garage door broke in the closed postion with the car inside. We needed it the next morning for work. We called that night and the next morning their technician, Chung Yu Li came at 8:30 am and had us fixed and ready to start our day an hour later. Can't say enough of how professional Chung Yu Li was. Highly recommend both Precision and Chung Yu Li.
