Precision made an other wise very unpleaant experience pain free. Our garage door broke in the closed postion with the car inside. We needed it the next morning for work. We called that night and the next morning their technician, Chung Yu Li came at 8:30 am and had us fixed and ready to start our day an hour later. Can't say enough of how professional Chung Yu Li was. Highly recommend both Precision and Chung Yu Li.

We suddenly and abruptly had our garage door become completely inoperable (either up or down) on October 18, a Friday evening. It was now the weekend, so we took a chance and called an unknown; Precision Garage Door Service of Michiana. Was that ever a lucky call!. The next day, Austin Jefferson arrived and took care of the entire issue. He's very thorough, professional and informative. He also saved our weekend transportation concerns. We would gladly call Precision and Austin for any further garage door concerns.

Late on Friday afternoon, my garage door decided to break and I was not able to close the door. It was a holiday weekend and I assumed I would not get anyone to come out until the next week. I called and explained what happened and within 1 1/2 hours, Collin showed up to look at the issue. He was prompt, polite and explained the situation which required replacing my door. As we could not get this scheduled for a couple weeks, he took the time to make sure my garage was secure and that it was safe for me and there was no risk that anyone would get hurt trying to use the door until it could be replaced. I appreciate the fact that Collin came out late on Friday and we know what needs to be done to resolve the issue. Thank you!

Called at 6.30 in the morning with an emergency with our garage door. By 2 pm it was fixed and we were back in business! No extra charge for emergencies, and service technician **** was great at his job. Cleaned up after he was done, and walked me through the set up of our new opener. Would recommend highly.

Blaine Goodrich was excellent. He called when he was on his way to ensure we had time to prepare before he arrived. He was timely and efficient. I was impressed in his ability to remove the old garage door and replace it with a new one, by himself. He tested the door and the opener and gave helpful tips on maintaining the door and oiling the hinges and springs. I would highly recommend!

Garage door spring broke. Called Precision. AJ was out at 11. Repaired. Great service. Great tech. Seemed expensive, but the door hadn't been serviced in 12 years. Charged 90 bucks to reset limits, which took a minute. Maybe that should be included in the service? Overall very positive.
