Was able to get technician Chung Yu Li out on a Sunday to get an initial estimate and then Li and Tyler Williams were able to come back promptly to install the door. Great guys! We had a really great experience with the first technician ChungYu Li, who quickly came out to see what was wrong with our old door and then actually did sell us a new door to replace the very ancient one we owned that was no longer serviceable or repairable. He was very professional, helpful, educational, not at all pushy, respectful, and wonderful to work with despite the bitter cold day. When the new door finally arrived to Precision, they were great at contacting us right away to set up a date and time for installation. The day of install, the installer called us to remind us he would be here and what time he would be arriving. Tyler Williams was punctual, respectful, efficient, professional, he swiftly removed the whole old door and rail system then loaded them up to dispose of right away, despite it being below freezing temps outside. Tyler then had the entire new set up of door, rails, springs, motor, exterior seals, remote openers, and wall openers all installed and the work area all cleaned up nicely within just a couple of short hours! We were very impressed with the quality of work he did and really appreciated how helpful he was at explaining to us how everything works and showing us how to keep up on the twice yearly maintenance of the hinges and springs.

Our garage door, which was replaced a year ago by Precision Garage Door of Michiana, recently had an issue. I called the company about the issue. They said they would send someone out to check what was wrong the same day. Garage door technician, Jon Seman, arrived at my house on time. Mr. Seman was very helpful as I explained what the issue was with the garage door opener. After a short time, Mr. Seman informed me the unit was broken and could not be fixed. Mr. Seman gave me options as to what could be done to get the garage door working again. The broken unit was under warranty still. Mr. Seman and I decided to completely change the unit back to the older style opener. Mr. Seman drove back to the office and collected everything he would need to replace the unit and arrived back at my house a short time later. He was able to get everything fixed in a short time. Dealing with Mr. Seman was a breath of fresh air. I could not have asked for a better individual to deal with on this issue. He and his boss were amazing throughout the process. I could only ask that more people could be like these individuals. I would recommend Precision Garage Door, especially Mr. Seman and his boss, to anyone. They were great. Thank you both. Chris K.

Collin Walsh showed up an hour after I had called on a Sunday afternoon. He was very thorough with his inspection and he gave me 3 options on what to do. I will be going back to precision, garage door of Michianan and I would recommend anybody to them.

I love my new garage door! From the time they came out to quote me a price to the actual installation, the process was seamless. My old door was over 60 yrs old. When opening it or closing it, the entire house would shake. The quote was very fair, and a date was set to have it installed with two weeks. Tyler came out on the day scheduled and installed the door to perfection. I recently purchased my home and the door just adds so much curb appeal. Thank you Precision. It's beautiful and quiet..

He came to our home last year, and when I made the call yesterday, about my garage door being inoperable, I was told the tech. would be at my home within ours. Gavin showed up within minutes. He is courteous, thorough, and he goes the extra mile; he even changed the bulbs in my garage! 5+

Precision Garage Door installed a new door 10 years ago. Recently, I began having problems with the door not closing.it was clear it was catching on something, but after lubricating the roller channel the problem remained. Called on a Saturday expecting an appointment next week sometime. Nope! I had a fabulous, knowledgeable technician out within 2 hours of my call. Chung Yu Li quickly determined what was causing the problem, explained several different resolutions, and had my door working smoothly again within 2 hours of his arrival. Everyone has always been polite, professional, and communicates well. Definitely 5 stars!

Andy was professional, on time and courteous enough to help this handicapped owner prepare the door frame for the new track installation. I only wish I had done the job yesterday, before the door got hung up and crooked. It would have saved us another $250. So we could pay for medications, etc. Great service and quick response. 5 stars!

Chung was the repairman that came from Precision Garage Door of Michiana. He was able to get me in the same day I inquired about repairs. He performed an initial inspection and father some information from me regarding the age of the door/house. He made several recommendations for repair of the door and gave me written estimates. Once I made the decision on what I wanted him to repair, he had the door repaired and back in like new condition with in a couple of hours. His expertise and warm friendly demeanor lead to a very positive experience.

The repair man Mr. Ginter called that he was coming, he arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and immediately got to work to analyze the problem. He finished analyzing the problem in about 15 minutes and gave us three estimates. he explained what each estimate would do and let us tallk it over and choose the best solution for our pocket book. BTW the repair estimates were given as a total one time expense or a monthly expense for a set period of time. We choose the estimate we felt would work for our situation he got the supplies out of his truck and proceeded to repair the door. It took mr Ginter about 30 minutes. He demonstrated how the door would now work we paid him. The repair was fast and it was done accurately. I would be happy have Mr Ginter of Precision Garage door fix my garage door any time. .
