Tech Chung Yu Li was on time, called ahead of time and was patient working with us early in the morning. He identified the problem with our old garage door and got it unjammed so we could operate it manually. He was very professional and gave us 3 options for the garage door. Technician called and sent photo of himself announced he was on the way and would be early. Showed up presented himself asked what problem was immediately fixed issue and lubricated entire door rollers and hinges cleaned up after himself and asked if there was anything else and we shook hands and he was on his way. Very courteous and professional glad we choose this company.

Tyler adjusted the door seal placement to be more airtight. He was professional and took timw to kindly explain the work that was done. We needed two garage doors replaced ,our installer waa Pete Wendorf. He explained everything that he was going to do and if we had any questions. ,,The garage was very hot on this day and he stayed with it all day. Jon Seman was very prompt and gave a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done! Giving 3 options to choose from with no pressure. He replaced my springs, bearings and wheels and it only took him an hour to get it all done. Then finished it off with lubricating everything and walking me through it everything he did! Very professional and would recommend!

Couldn’t recommend Precision Door more highly! When our garage door stopped working, they sent out a technician (Chung) the same day! He diagnosed the issue quickly, and unfortunately everything needed replaced. This was not surprising news as the door, parts and motor were ancient. But even knowing replacement wasn’t our best option, he wasn’t pushy and laid all the options on the table for us for repair and replacement and let us decide how to proceed. Everything was in stock, so 3 days later they came back to install! Pete W and Jose V were awesome and communicated with us throughout the process, as well as walking us through the new door & parts, lubrication, etc. While we didn’t really want to replace, they were amazing to work with and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to repair or replace their door or components!

He came out and introduced himself and remembered my name throughout the job, little things like that really go a long way He was very respectful and went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I asked him to do Anyone else would have just left things the way they were after getting it to work, however, he said let’s get this out the way for you so it doesn’t happen again and made it look really nice Unfortunately he isn’t guaranteed to come again if I request another job, it’s whatever technician is closest and available, however, based on my experience with Jose, I would call again!
