Based on Google reviews, I called our local PGD of Michiana after an unknown unwelcomed male figured out our garage door was broken (not locked). The scheduler had Pete W. out to my house within 2 hours. After an inspection we received 5 estimates to choose from via email. I called PGD of Michiana back with our choice, and was placed on Pete's schedule the next day (today). Today Pete came out, arrived on time, removed the old opener, installed a new and improved opener, showed us how everything worked, and left. He cleaned up after himself in every way. Pete was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have met. I highly recommend PGD of Michiana. Now the strange dude can just keep on walking by and I feel our car and items kept in the garage are now safe and secure.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning. We called and they sent someone to fix it the same day. He was professional and had the parts to fix the 40 year old door. Very pleased and would definitely recommend this company.

Came in an emergency for my grandmother. The tech was very polite and to the point. Very professional. Got the job done quickly and within 2 hours of me calling them. Had a broken spring. He had everything he needed in his truck, so the repair was seemingly effortless. Highly recommend!

Jose was outstanding. He assessed the problem and gave us a detailed rundown of 2 separate fixes. We chose the fix and he completed all the work expeditiously and with care. The door wasn't opening properly. I called Wednesday evening and they sent Andy out at about 10 o'clock on Thursday. He found the problem and fixed it on the spot. I am very pleased with the service and with the technician. Thank you Andy.

Andrew called ahead of his arrival and arrived right on time. He was very friendly and professional while he was here. He did a superb job on both doors. He did a little more maintenance that was not scheduled and he finished the total job within the allotted time frame. I would recommend Precison Door for any, and all garage door repairs and maintenance.

Chung Yu Li (technician) and Jacob Lindsey (installer) both very very kind and helpful. Both gentleman were on time (even early) and were knowledgeable. My garage door had been giving me problems since I bought the house 8 years ago. It finally broke past the point of repair, and Precision Garage door was able to come out that day and help. The first technician (Chun I believe) was on time, professional and friendly. I purchased a new garage door that day, and within a week or so Blaine came out and had the new door up and working perfectly within a few hours. It's been around a month, and everything is still working just fine. I would 100% recommend!

Austin Jefferson was the technician that worked on my garage door. He was great! I'd lived with a garage door that was sporadically opening halfway for a good month and I had to open and close it manually on occasion. After my son and I grew tired of tinkering around with the controls, I called PRECISION, and Austin arrived even earlier than anticipated. He was very personable and did an excellent job. it was done quickly for a good price. They'll be my go-to garage folks!

I had a garage door torsion bar spring fail overnight that left me unable to open with two cars stuck inside! A call first thing and they were able to schedule me almost immediately. Technician Andrew kept me informed and updated on his arrival. He reviewed the condition of my door components and provided me with multiple solutions. With in the hour, I had my door working flawlessly. Andrew not only cleaned and lubricated the rollers and hinges; he gave it a good wipe down. All I can say is I was very impressed with Andrew and his quick response.

Peter was great. They arrived on time, explained our options, and completed the work promptly. He also explained proper maintenance to help future functioning of our doors. Peter had a assistant with him that was in training. The assistant (can't remember his name) also did a great job and we appreciated the manner in which Peter interacted with him as he guided his training. High marks from us on all accounts.
