Gavin from Precision Garage Door did a fabulous job replacing our garage door opener. I called at 2:00 and the job was completed by 6:00pm. He explained what and why we needed the opener and the wheels. He finished the job in 1 1/2 hours. Wow, what a difference it makes. It runs smoothly and so much more quietly. We are so happy we called Precision Garage Door.

I could not be happier with the garage door repair service I received from Precision Garage Door of Michiana. Scheduling online was easy with lots of options to fit into my schedule (even 7am on Saturday morning). Peter, the service technician, was thorough in his inspection of my door, provided sound pressure-free advice about my options for both repair and preventative maintenance and performed the job expertly and quickly. I also appreciated the fact that Peter seemed to take great pride in the company. In my experience, that only happens when a company takes good care of its employees and invests in continuing education for them. I won't hesitate to call on Precision Garage Door again but, given the great job that Peter did, I don't anticipate that I will be needing them any time soon!

Tyler and Jacob installed a new garage system this morning. Both showed up on time, very personable, and patient while figuring out some details for decorative pieces. Install was ~4hrs and I am very happy with their work. This is a HUGE improvement over my previous door and system. Post install walk though was thorough and much appreciated. I would recommend precision to anyone looking for new garage door system!

Peter did a fantastic job with our double garage door installation. He had to remove a very old set of doors and tracks, and the job took him well past a normal quitting time. He stuck with the job and completed the entire removal and installation before he left. Everyone that helped us, from Gavan on Day 1 with a diagnostic and estimate for new doors, to Peter for the main work, to Austin who came by to install emergency access locks, was prompt, friendly, communicative and efficient. We are very happy with our new doors and the outstanding service all around. Thanks!

He even showed me a small imperfection in one of the insulation panels that I had not noticed. He drove all the way back to the shop to get another panel and replaced the flawed panel. Our garage door and opener went haywire last night around 5:30. My wife called Precision around 5:40 and was told that a tech would be there between 7-9 p.m. Our tech, Blaque Kuchel called to say he was getting a job done early and would be able to get to our house sooner. He arrived a little after 6 p.m. and was able to get right on it. He fixed both the garage and replaced the opener within 2 hours. He was very professional, friendly and had great attention to detail. If your company hires more technicians like Blaque, you will benefit greatly. Thanks Blaque! Had the torsion spring break this morning (Sept. 2nd, 2024). Our tech Andy Ginter showed up and replaced the spring and bar and other things needed and was done in short order. Always professionally done which is why we stay with Precision Garage Door.

Jose was very informative about the issues with my garage door. The tension spring broke, called Precision on Saturday morning (labor day weekend) and Jose was knocking on my door at 2pm, analyzed the situation and explained in detail the repairs needed and total cost. Jose was vert personable and professional! The replacement tension spring was installed properly, quickly and door is working great! I highly recommend Precision for your garage door repair.

This is my second review for Precision. I'm so happy to have found them, they are fabulous. I had a huge problem. Door wouldn't close, stuck in open position. After 1 phone call, Peter was here at 7am the next morning. Explained everything and gave us estimates on cost before he started. Fixed the problem and improved the operation of the door. No rush job. Door is better than new. This company and its repairmen are the best. Don't hesitate in calling....you will never be disappointed.

Blaine Goodrich from Precision Garage Door arrived right on time at 8:30 a.m., along with calling me 10 minutes before that to say that he was on his way. He did a great job of removing the old garage door, installing the new one, cleaning up afterwards, and explaining the functions of the new keypad. At the beginning, I asked him how long it would take. Blaine said that it usually takes 3 to 4 hours. He completed the work in amazing time, finishing up about 11:20 a.m., which is less than 3 hours. Excellent work!

I am extremely happy with my new garage door. The technician Blaine Goodrich that removed the old door and replaced the new door was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done, he layed out tools and equipment to make the job easy for him without any hassle. He is to be commended on a job well done. It was amazing to see this young man at work on how he used various tools, screws, and equipment to complete the job. As he went about assembling the door he maintained cleanliness and put out of the way old door parts to make his job with less stress and maintaining an order of professionalism. After the job was completed he went about removing any marks wiping and cleaning the finished product. He is a gifted young man to be working at Precision Door and I can testify that they do garage door right thanks to technician Blaine Goodrich.
