Both visits (estimate and installation) were very professional and thorough. My technician, Jacob Lindsey, was great. He called me 15 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. He got right to work and cleaned up as he went. Impressed with the installation and the overall experience. I hate taking time out of my day for home repairs, but this one wasn't as painful as most of them usually are! I'd recommend them to a friend for sure.

Great service from your company! Upon my first call at 2 oclock I had an appointment within app-5p time frame. I actually tried your competitor Overhead Door and was told I was on a two day wait list.Your technician ************************* was very knowledgeable and personable.He did his diagnostics and presented re-air options in a very professionable and concise manner. He treated myself and my questions with respect and made sure i understood all my options very clearly.Once we decided to go ahead with the repairs he worked in a way in which he explained every step he made to be sure I was ok with it.I can truthfully say that I was very impressed with your services from the first phone call to the goodbye at the end of my service.Thank you for sending ***** to my home. Jose arrived toward the very beginning of the 2 hour time frame allotted, and had what he needed to install a new garage door opener (as our 25-year-old one had finally given up the ghost). Got it done within the 2 hours and everything works wonderfully. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door of Michiana today, and particularly with technician ChungYu Li. He was punctual, professional, personable and knowledgeable. He updated my garage door opener to a more appropriate size than the existing opener in my new residence. He worked diligently, updating me along the way, until he had completed the job. He called me out to walk through the programming and the operation of the new equipment. I was very pleased, and I will be recommending Precision and ChungYu Li to friends and family!

I was skeptical about calling another garage door repair place and decided to go with Precision Garage Door. The nameless last place did such a poor job that garage door fell and husband refused to call back for repair. Technician Jose V. was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Austin the tech was prompt in coming out to fix the spring and adjust the garage door. He seemed knowledgeable and explained what he was doing in detail and how to maintain it working. Unfortunately he had to return 2 days later due to an imbalance problem and hopefully it is now resolved it at no charge.

I had a problem with my garage door opening and closing so I called Precision to schedule an appointment. It was easy to get a quick appointment (the following day) and their service representative, Austin, arrived on time and promptly found and resolved the minor electrical issue, all within 30 minutes! The repair charge was reasonable for my issue and, I would trust them with any future emergency assistance for my garage door. If you have a question about your garage door or need an emergency repair - call them first!

Jon Seman (our technician) called me and said he was about 30min away, this was less than an hour since my initial phone call to precision garage door. He arrived on time as expected. It was time to replace my 32 year old garage door. I called Precision on a Sunday which also happened to be mothers day. My garage door was stuck. My car was trapped! There was a tech here within 2 hours. After going over all of the issues, I opted for a new door and opener. 3 days later, Tyler Williams, from Precision garage door of Michiana was here to install my new door. He was super nice, polite, professional. Everything was explained well and the work was completed in just a few hours. Outstanding job! I highly recommend this company and if your technician happens to be Tyler... you're in good hands!

Wow! What more can I say? Precision Garage Door of Michiana fulfills an need within Michiana; they provide Excellent and extremely FAST service. My garage door broke on a Friday afternoon. I called Precision at 3:00 PM, they said a service guy would be there the same day between 4:00 - 6:00 ! Same Day! Jose Villalobos arrived right on time at 4:00 and prepared an estimate for the repairs I needed. Estimate covered everything I needed, very thorough. It was a bit more than I expected for a 30+ year old door, so I asked about options for a New Door. Jose Villalobos quoted me a price, found an installation time slot for Monday and I agreed on everything. Monday, as scheduled Blaine Goodrich arrived to install my new door! 2 1/2 hours later, he was done. Blaine explained the maintenance I should do, and left me a can of lube. It's Excellent that Precision provides very fast service, and stocks doors for installation within days. (I checked local big box stores, and everything needed to be ordered, 4 weeks out). I may not have gotten the cheapest price, but Delivery and Service made it all worth it. Price, Quality, Delivery -- chose two! I definitely got Quality and Delivery, and consider the price well worth it. I Highly recommend Precision Door!
