I needed something checked out and I sent Jose a text and he came right down to fix it. He does excellent work and is a very nice guy. I am so glad my friend told me about the company because I can count on them to take care of it. I called Precision on Monday and they sent Jose the same day. He came back on Thursday to do everything! My technician was Jose Villalobos. I hired him to replace all of the parts of my garage doors that were worn. I also needed a new garage door opener. Jose was so professional and friendly. He did an excellent job and he took pride in his work. I couldnt have asked for a better technician to do the work needed. He is a wonderful person and he has a great personality. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs work done on their garage doors.

Recently had Andrew do a restore on the garage door. This included new springs, cables, rollers, and bearings. All the moving parts. He did a very good job, had explained all the whys and wherefores at a previous visit. His work was thorough and completed in less than 2 hours. Its been about a week since the work was done. The door operation is so much smoother and quieter than before. Very happy with the results. Not the lowest price around, but I am willing to pay more for high quality parts and service. Worth every penny I spent.

Peter had a assistant with him that was in training. The assistant (can't remember his name) also did a great job and we appreciated the manner in which Peter interacted with him as he guided his training. High marks from us on all accounts.

Austin the tech was prompt in coming out to fix the spring and adjust the garage door. He seemed knowledgeable and explained what he was doing in detail and how to maintain it working. Unfortunately he had to return 2 days later due to an imbalance problem and hopefully it is now resolved it at no charge.
