I recently purchased a home with a non-functional garage dooran old, heavy wooden model with broken springs and a faulty motor. I contacted Precision Garage Door, and they impressed me from the start. A technician came out the very next day to provide a quote, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the options were. I decided to move forward, and within a week, I had a brand-new garage door installed. The difference is night and day. The new door is well-sealed (unlike the previous one, which allowed rain and critters to sneak in), it looks fantastic, and it operates flawlessly. I couldnt be happier with the result. Thanks to Precision Garage Door, Im now ready for winter and can finally park inside my garage. I truly appreciate their prompt service, professionalism, and quality workmanship. Highly recommended!

Awesome job. Didn't know that my cable and springs needed replaced. The technician was very efficient and polite. I originally called them for an issue I was having with the over Head garage door and after he fixed the issue he then did an inspection and found out the problem with the cable and springs on the overhead garage door.

Gavon did excellent work, and was very transparent about each part and answered all my questions! They do not use cheap parts that break easy so if you are looking for a long term solution then precision is definitely the way to go!

Recently had Andrew do a restore on the garage door. This included new springs, cables, rollers, and bearings. All the moving parts. He did a very good job, had explained all the whys and wherefores at a previous visit. His work was thorough and completed in less than 2 hours. Its been about a week since the work was done. The door operation is so much smoother and quieter than before. Very happy with the results. Not the lowest price around, but I am willing to pay more for high quality parts and service. Worth every penny I spent.

He listened to my concerns and provided solutions to my problems. His knowledge attention to detail was superior. We had a lightning strike that took out our Garage Door opener and my first call was to Precision. Colin was our technician and he was GREAT!!!
