I was so amazed at the wonderful repairs technician Chung Yu Li performed on my garage doors today!! I can't believe how smooth running both are and the worst one was repaired in such a way the action of it is now JUST LIKE NEW!!!! Chung Yu Li did an excellent job replacing the broken spring and the bushings. Since I had the garage door installed by Precision Garage Door the parts were free. I only had to pay labor. Thanks again Chung.

Overall I am happy with the work that was done, but dont appreciate that the technician was trying to upsale me to spend a lot more money. All I needed was the springs replaced but he wanted me to have a new garage door installed too for an extra $700.

Our garage door broke on Friday night and we were able to get a tech out here by 1030. Chung Yu Li was our tech. He was very professional and showed me 3 options to fix the door. He was very quick and friendly. Our garage door is so quiet now I can't believe it. I've been wanting to fix it for years. It's amazing. Thank you to Chung Lu Li for the amazing job he did and to Precision for having amazing people that work for them. Good help is hard to find now days so it's nice to see there are people out there that know how to treat customers and do a great job at the same time. We called to get our garage door repaired. They had their technician, Chung Yu Li, there within a couple hours. He accessed the problem, gave us a quote and had it repaired the same day! Li was very professional and did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend them!

Rep replaced bad drive. Cost 1100.00 dollars which is a lot of money. I asked for the service guy to program my car opener and he said he would charge more to program it. Seems to me that the service guy would program my car for free after charging me 1100.00 dollars.

The guy replaced the broken spring and the 2 suspension wires within an hour and charged $1287. Didnt even include lubrication of the bearings which would have cost him 5 min and maybe $10 lube. Pricy. I had to do it because I needed it fixed before my trip.

We had a really great experience with the first technician ChungYu Li, who quickly came out to see what was wrong with our old door and then actually did sell us a new door to replace the very ancient one we owned that was no longer serviceable or repairable. He was very professional, helpful, educational, not at all pushy, respectful, and wonderful to work with despite the bitter cold day. When the new door finally arrived to Precision, they were great at contacting us right away to set up a date and time for installation. The day of install, the installer called us to remind us he would be here and what time he would be arriving. Tyler Williams was punctual, respectful, efficient, professional, he swiftly removed the whole old door and rail system then loaded them up to dispose of right away, despite it being below freezing temps outside. Tyler then had the entire new set up of door, rails, springs, motor, exterior seals, remote openers, and wall openers all installed and the work area all cleaned up nicely within just a couple of short hours! We were very impressed with the quality of work he did and really appreciated how helpful he was at explaining to us how everything works and showing us how to keep up on the twice yearly maintenance of the hinges and springs.

Precision Garage Door installed a new door 10 years ago. Recently, I began having problems with the door not closing.it was clear it was catching on something, but after lubricating the roller channel the problem remained. Called on a Saturday expecting an appointment next week sometime. Nope! I had a fabulous, knowledgeable technician out within 2 hours of my call. Chung Yu Li quickly determined what was causing the problem, explained several different resolutions, and had my door working smoothly again within 2 hours of his arrival. Everyone has always been polite, professional, and communicates well. Definitely 5 stars!

Chung was the repairman that came from Precision Garage Door of Michiana. He was able to get me in the same day I inquired about repairs. He performed an initial inspection and father some information from me regarding the age of the door/house. He made several recommendations for repair of the door and gave me written estimates. Once I made the decision on what I wanted him to repair, he had the door repaired and back in like new condition with in a couple of hours. His expertise and warm friendly demeanor lead to a very positive experience.
