At Precision, we specialize in comprehensive solutions that last years,not months. There are different fixes for different situations, but we never nickel and dime our customers. My garage door had been giving me problems since I bought the house 8 years ago. It finally broke past the point of repair, and Precision Garage door was able to come out that day and help. The first technician (Chun I believe) was on time, professional and friendly. I purchased a new garage door that day, and within a week or so Blaine came out and had the new door up and working perfectly within a few hours. It's been around a month, and everything is still working just fine. I would 100% recommend!

technician chung yu li was earlier than appointed. he was very knowlegable and knew what he was doing. very proffesional also. replaced all our old (29 yr) plastic original rollers on our garage door. with all new nylon/steel ones. great job and garage door goes up and down like a new one. very satisfied and highly recommend precison garage door company.

Our garage door opener died yesterday and Jonathan Seman from Precision Garage Doors came right out, installed a new state of the art opener with built in camera, bright LED Lighting, wi-fi remote hook up and control, outside touch pad, etc. Jonathan was very friendly and helped me set up my account and made sure I understood how to work and program everything. GREAT SERVICE. Thanks Precision!!

Our aging opener was in need of replacement and i reached out to precision for help. The process to get a tech out was very easy. Chung Yu Li met us the very next day, and was very friendly and great to work with. Also very knowledgeable about the technology and gave good, honest advice. Replacement went great with zero issues. Highly recommended!

Great experience garage got jammed on Friday and it was fixed before noon Saturday. ChungYu Li was very friendly, helpful, and efficient! He offered multiple options for repair or replacement, explained things clearly, and didnt give me any pressure on anything. Will call these guys again if I need anything for a garage door. Thanks!

We needed an after hours repair last evening. Out tech Chung Yu Li called within 15 minutes to let us know he had been dispatched and was on his way. Once he arrived he got set up and did the work and showed me what was going on with the door. He was professional and did a really good job. Holy cow it was expensive, but it was after hours too, which plays into that.

Chung Yu Li was like a maestro of garage doors. He did a safety check, documented the state of the door via photos, then gave me a choice of 3 different work estimates. I chose how much of the necessary and recommended work I wanted to have done. He pointed out some very dodgy situations (missing door hinges, damaged and misaligned door panels, kinked cables) as well as the general wear and tear problems with bearings and rollers, and the obvious broken spring. We agreed on a the work and he was able to get it all done in less than 2 hours, which included fine tuning the door alignment. This is the quietest I've ever heard that door. I'm totally happy with Chung Yu Li's service, technical knowledge, and his relentless pursuit of making my garage door perfect and up to his standards. He is also a very delightful human being, and was quite enjoyable to have around. 5 stars to Chung Yu Li and Precision Garage Doors!
