Overall I am happy with the work that was done, but dont appreciate that the technician was trying to upsale me to spend a lot more money. All I needed was the springs replaced but he wanted me to have a new garage door installed too for an extra $700.

I had heard a loud bang but couldn't find the problem... They came out and showed me the broken spring. I made an appointment to just get everything replaced, except my motor (the rest was janky, previously installed by a lovely home flipper). Blaine came out had everything swapped out, made sure everything was functioning properly, left no mess, and was super polite. I had a fantastic experience! It even sounds cleaner /quieter, even though we didn't change the motor, now that everything is properly installed & aligned!
