I was desperate for help. The wire spools were fixed. That was it. After the fact, I was told not to utilize the door opener, which I have not hooked up. Why would I? After opening the door after tech left, I can hardly open and close the door as instructed. Out almost $700 with very little improvement.

We discussed the issue and He got to work immediately to remedy the Problem. the Job took him little less than a hour to complete to my satisfaction and He was on his way. The electricity went out during a storm, none of the garage door openers in the car, in the garage or the app would work..this is the second time this has happened. Logged onto app to get step by step instructions to reset, didn’t work. Had to have a technician come over, charges $230 everytime they come! So everytime electricity goes out, I’ll have to call them..nice money making scheme..I just bought a new garage door and garage door opener from them but was never told this would be the case.smh

The technician John Seamen arrived on time and was professional. I ended up purchasing a new garage door opener at a cost of over 1,400.00. I asked if I could get a cost breakdown, parts, labor, and service fee after seeing the estimate, and was told that was not how the system was programmed. It has only been a few days since I have had the new opener, and so far so good. I've dealt with the Glass Doctor in the past a Neighborly Company and was provided a cost breakdown. I believe that today's skyrocketing prices make transparency regarding costs important.
