The tension spring broke, called Precision on Saturday morning (labor day weekend) and Jose was knocking on my door at 2pm, analyzed the situation and explained in detail the repairs needed and total cost. Jose was vert personable and professional! The replacement tension spring was installed properly, quickly and door is working great! I highly recommend Precision for your garage door repair.
