Was not expecting a same day appointment due to recent cold spell through area. Having issues with garage door, and expected to wait a day or 2. Called in the morning, fixed in the afternoon. Technician explained everything. Very polite, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend using Precision Garage Door.

I was in the garage after returning home and was surprised by a sound like someone just hit our garage door. Passed experience told me it was a spring that just broke. Yep, sure enough, one broke. I called Precision Door the next morning and was told a tech would be out. I was sent a text and an email stating who would be coming. Within 40 minutes Andy Johnson arrived. Oh, and Andy called too. He was right on time. After evaluation he gave me 3 options with exact cost before starting. The door is at least 30 years old and so i chose the best option. Andy went to work and replaced both springs, shaft bearings, and all the rollers. I was shown the operation and how smooth it. Thank you Andy Johnson for a great job.

Precision responded quickly to our call when our garage sensors went out. They were able to come same and day and Gavin our technician was great! Our sensors were replaced in under an hour. Will call again when we have a need!

At Precision, we specialize in comprehensive solutions that last years,not months. There are different fixes for different situations, but we never nickel and dime our customers. We needed an after hours repair last evening. Out tech Chung Yu Li called within 15 minutes to let us know he had been dispatched and was on his way. Once he arrived he got set up and did the work and showed me what was going on with the door. He was professional and did a really good job. Holy cow it was expensive, but it was after hours too, which plays into that.
