My first guy was not impressive. Mr Seman told me after installing my genie opener that my spring wasn’t right size. Why didn’t he tell me that to begin with? The second nice young man was 100 percent amazing. I can’t remember his name but he explained everything showing me what needed done. Please tell Mr Seman to take time to explain EVERYTHING. My second tech was wonderful and left me in a better frame of mind. I was very upset until he reassured me . Please recognize him. I think his name was Peter

Good Morning: The Tech showed up just like he said he would. We discussed the issue and He got to work immediately to remedy the Problem. the Job took him little less than a hour to complete to my satisfaction and He was on his way. Precision door is the only garage door company I call or recommend to Family or Friends.

I was desperate for help. The wire spools were fixed. That was it. After the fact, I was told not to utilize the door opener, which I have not hooked up. Why would I? After opening the door after tech left, I can hardly open and close the door as instructed. Out almost $700 with very little improvement.

We could not be happier with our new openers and beautiful garage doors. The guys worked so hard to make the doors perfect. We could not believe how quiet and smooth the openers are. But the wood-grain doors match our front doors perfectly and look so warm and rich. The guys were so friendly and yet very professional. A perfect combination. Thank you!

Great experience. Very friendly and down to earth. He estimated it would take about an hour to replace the broken spring and the main pulley wheels. Less than an hour he was done and reprogrammed the opener. Jon Seman performed the repair.

Precision has been great. This is our first time owning a home with a garage so they have been wonderful easy to work with and our new garage door looks great and works great. We had a spring break on our garage door and called Precision Garage Door. They were able to schedule a tech ro come within a couple of hours. Gavan arrived by given time frame, inspected what happened and was able to fix within an hour. Very professional and respectful of property. Thank you !!
