They were prompt .The technician Jose Villalobos was very professional.He explained, all work to be done. I would recommend Jose and the company he works for. The cost may not have been the cheapest but I've been down that road and called Precision.

Fast friendly service a very reasonable price! Jose explained everything before starting and gave several quotes. Once I picked the price no questions and was finished within 10 minutes. Had me try garage door to make sure it worked for me. Excellent service and great personality

Our garage door broke on Friday night and we were able to get a tech out here by 1030. Chung Yu Li was our tech. He was very professional and showed me 3 options to fix the door. He was very quick and friendly. Our garage door is so quiet now I can't believe it. I've been wanting to fix it for years. It's amazing. Thank you to Chung Lu Li for the amazing job he did and to Precision for having amazing people that work for them. Good help is hard to find now days so it's nice to see there are people out there that know how to treat customers and do a great job at the same time. I will refer Chung and precision to all of my neighbors. Thank you again. Shane & Lana LaGuardia.

Jose Villalobos was my technician and I could t have asked for a better person! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in fixing my broken springs and replacing all the coils and rollers! I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door!

Jose called before he arrived and was promptly on time. He assessed the problem, explained it in detail and was very knowledgeable. I am buying a new garage door; this one is 30 years old. It will match the exiting door (HOA) and they will replace the wood side pieces. I look forward to the new door.

Andrew called ahead of his arrival and arrived right on time. He was very friendly and professional while he was here. He did a superb job on both doors. He did a little more maintenance that was not scheduled and he finished the total job within the allotted time frame. I would recommend Precison Door for any, and all garage door repairs and maintenance.
