Our garage door broke on Friday night and we were able to get a tech out here by 1030. Chung Yu Li was our tech. He was very professional and showed me 3 options to fix the door. He was very quick and friendly. Our garage door is so quiet now I can't believe it. I've been wanting to fix it for years. It's amazing. Thank you to Chung Lu Li for the amazing job he did and to Precision for having amazing people that work for them. Good help is hard to find now days so it's nice to see there are people out there that know how to treat customers and do a great job at the same time.
