We could not be happier with our new openers and beautiful garage doors. The guys worked so hard to make the doors perfect. We could not believe how quiet and smooth the openers are. We needed new springs. But apparently you couldn't just change just that, we had to buy new bearings, which wasn't necessary. So because our normal company couldn't come out right away, we called you. We appreciate it getting fixed the same day, and Gavan was professional. The one suggestion we have is to be more careful to not dirty the walls. Clean it up before you leave. Common courtesy.
