Gavan was very thorough and helpful. I had an emergency where I needed my garage door fixed today, and he had the expertise needed to diagnose quote and complete the repair not only in the same day, but in a timely manner!!! Wish I could personally give Gavan a raise, he deserves it!

I had two new garage door openers installed in January of 2021, and a few months ago the light pod of one of them stopped working. I called and a technician came out and confirmed that the light pod needed to be replaced. He told me that it wasnt covered under warranty and I showed him my receipt where it stated that I had 5 year parts, 5 year for light pods. He called his boss and he told the technician to give me the manufacturers number so I could order the light pod or to order one through Amazon. Still trying to figure out why I need to do their job! I have been calling for the last couple weeks only to be told that the warranty department will be given a high priority message to help resolve my problem.

Everything looked great and was done good, besides on the door there's this little plastic popping out. The tech said they would have someone come in and fix it.
