Cameron was utterly phenomenal. When needed after hours Precision Garage Door was there with an excellent employee Chung Yu Li. He was very professional in assessing my situation with my garage door and was able to give me (4) options on repairing and servicing my damaged garage door. I would recommend the Co. highly for having all the proper equipment to service garage door problems on short notice.

Two Technicians came to our house Johnathon on Sunday 4-12 and Gavin on Monday 4-13. Johnathon installed a new spring and replaced coils and a large amount of hardware. The unit worked during testing before Johnathon left but stopped working within five minutes after he left. I contacted the office and an appointment was scheduled early Monday AM. Gavin adjusted the motor and opener is now working properly. Gavin explained that it is not uncommon for a second adjustment to be required after a new spring is installed. Both Techs were very polite and very knowledgeable concerning garage door maintenance and repair.

The electricity went out during a storm, none of the garage door openers in the car, in the garage or the app would work..this is the second time this has happened. Logged onto app to get step by step instructions to reset, didn’t work. Had to have a technician come over, charges $230 everytime they come! So everytime electricity goes out, I’ll have to call them..nice money making scheme..I just bought a new garage door and garage door opener from them but was never told this would be the case.smh

Precision got us on their schedule quickly and Andy, our technician, was great at explaining what we needed and what options were available. He went above and beyond with setting up our new garage door motor, making sure we understood the app, all clickers and remotes. Andy took his time and did a great job! We would highly recommend Precision & Andy for their service, value, and quality work!
