Very professional technician. Friendly and courteous. He knew what he was doing and got it all done. No mess. He took all packaging with him. Didn’t have to clean up anything. Explained the differences between different products. The thing I appreciated most was the communication. I was given a timeframe as to when he would arrive. He came on time.

The electricity went out during a storm, none of the garage door openers in the car, in the garage or the app would work..this is the second time this has happened. Logged onto app to get step by step instructions to reset, didn’t work. Had to have a technician come over, charges $230 everytime they come! So everytime electricity goes out, I’ll have to call them..nice money making scheme..I just bought a new garage door and garage door opener from them but was never told this would be the case.smh

Precision got us on their schedule quickly and Andy, our technician, was great at explaining what we needed and what options were available. He went above and beyond with setting up our new garage door motor, making sure we understood the app, all clickers and remotes. Andy took his time and did a great job! We would highly recommend Precision & Andy for their service, value, and quality work!

We were with another garage door business who my brother-in-law worked for. He no longer works for them. Family discount! Our garage door was acting up. It would not go up, couple feet . And the key string wouldnt even open by that. Want to add I seen the commercial on TV. I called Precision, they had someone come next day. The gentleman name Andy Ginter. To find out the problem was the coil broke. It helps the door to open & close. Replaced that & replaced each end & middle the bearings. Also, my garage door light hasnt come on, even when we replaced the bulb. The light came on for while. Its because the sensors at each end got wet too many times from me washing the garage floor. But Andy put a new bulb , when we come in the garage at night the light comes on. Amen! And our garage door code opener, has not always open when we put the code. I checked the manual to see if it needed a battery. The manual book I locked so I could replace the battery. Nothing mentioned. And yes, thanks to Andy , he replaced the battery. Thank you Andy for your service. See you next time!!

Was a great experience, scheduled last night Peter Wendorf showed up in the scheduled timeframe. Explained what was happening offered a solution and had it repaired in an hour. Would recommend to anyone needing a door or repair done. Well done Peter!

Unfortunately my experience was not as I hoped for. I had two new doors and openers installed by an experienced friend, who has installed lot of doors, but we were having trouble with adjustments... Called the company and their technician said that we had three problems. He said a pinion gear was damaged because the door wasn't installed properly and the motor would have to be replaced. He could do it for $1,400. He also said that a compression spring was broken and spinning freely. He also said that he could adjust the start and stop points on the door and the charge would be $100. He also said he could adjust the belt tension and the charge would be $90. He said that my problem are pretty typical for "store bought" openers. So I paid for that totaling $190. He only worked on one door. The next day, I found that I could buy a pinion gear replacement and tune up kit myself from the same retailer that sold me the opener for $23.99. I also watched a simple U-Tube video on how to install it. 15 minutes later. Done. I also found how to adjust the door open and close stop points and did that in 2 minutes after adjusting the spring that was not broken, just loose. Done. Then I adjusted the belt tension after watching another video. 5 minutes for video and adjustment. Done. Total time and materials for me today... 22 minutes and $23.99 for repairs and adjustments... Another 10 minutes for programming. After paying $190 yesterday for service call lasting less than an hour.

After arriving within an hour of my initial call, technician Jon S. evaluated the condition of the doors and provided an overview of the scope of work, along with recommendations to consider. The work was complete within an hour of arriving and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
