Our garage door wouldn't open due to faulty electrical. I called Precision and they had someone out quickly. He assessed the issue and suggested we install a manual key to access the garage if the issue occurs in the future. It was installed efficiently and the friendly technician made sure I could use it before leaving. Highly recommend.

Precision Garage Door installed a new door 10 years ago. Recently, I began having problems with the door not closing.it was clear it was catching on something, but after lubricating the roller channel the problem remained. Called on a Saturday expecting an appointment next week sometime. Nope! I had a fabulous, knowledgeable technician out within 2 hours of my call. Chung Yu Li quickly determined what was causing the problem, explained several different resolutions, and had my door working smoothly again within 2 hours of his arrival. Everyone has always been polite, professional, and communicates well. Definitely 5 stars!

Fabulous service all away around. Setting up the service and then the phone calls and texts to make us aware of arrival. The service person Chung Yu Li is the most friendly and personable person. We talked about about a few things with substance. He remembered being at our house before. I remembered his sincere personality. Not to mention the garage door is working perfectly. Thank you !
