Garage door cable broke. Needed an emergency visit Friday after 7pm. Gavan the tech was here within an hour. Took him about an hour to repair. Gavan did an excellent job and was very thorough with the repair. Also confirmed door operates as expected and made an adjustment on the opener. I would recommend Precision Door and Gavan. Im a satisfied customer.

Precision Garage Door of Michiana came out the same day I made the request. They were able to diagnose the issue with our garage door. We learned the door was installed by the previous owner and there wasn't any good news. The tech took the time to show me all his concerns/issues.
