Peter was excellent, and very helpful with replacing our garage door motors. We were working with an insurance claim, and he took the time to provide detailed explanations and pictures along with my invoice so I could provide it to my claims adjuster. Left the area clean and tidy!

We had a panel damaged. Once the parts came in, the appointment was scheduled. Jacob Lindsey was our technician. He called when he was on the way. He arrived and answered any questions that we had and did an exceptional job installing our new panel and new opener. He explained, in detail, how to operate the new equipment and cleaned up after he was finished. I think the floor looked better after he was done than when he started. Thank you again for the great service. We will use again as well as tell others about your company.

I am a Precision customer from now on. Called this morning at 830am and the repairs are already completed. At 1200 noon. Blaine the technician was very professional and efficient. My technician, Andrew Ginter, arrived within the scheduled time frame, and did the work required to restore my garage door's full functionality.
