Andy was personable, friendly and competent. He replaced the bottom seal on the door, fixed a couple of issues and performed maintenance on the door. He also explained our options for replacing the 15+ year old opener and even older door. The previous service was 10 years ago.

The service by Precision Garage Door and tech Jon S. was outstanding! Called for service around noon and job was complete by 4:00 which included a complete garage door opener replacement for a very old opener that gave out. Im loving the new opener already!! Chung Yu Li did an excellent job replacing the broken spring and the bushings. Since I had the garage door installed by Precision Garage Door the parts were free. I only had to pay labor. Thanks again Chung.

DON'T PAY CASH FOR YOUR DOWN PAYMENT! I GOT SCREWED OUT OF $100.00 WHEN PAYING $800.00. Installer and installation were great, no problems with him. The missing $100.00 is between the original estimator and office girl.

When the coil spring broke, we called for service. Andy Johnson came and helped open a very heavy wood double door. He gave a repair estimate but recommended a new steel door to replace one that was installed in 1975. Our new door was installed this morning by Blaine Goodrich's team. It looks great and works great.

Our technician, Gavan Compton, arrived on time and was professional. He asked about the problems we were experiencing and then started his investigation. After patiently and clearly explaining the issues, he provided us with a preliminary quotation outlining the options available to us. He expeditiously and carefully explained the next steps, constantly repeating our questions and always asking clarifying questions to ensure we understood the service he would provide. He did the work expeditiously, which solved our problems, and was careful to explain the use of the equipment, the various warranties/ guarantees, and how to operate the equipment. It was a good experience.

Couldnt be happier with the service at Precision. I needed a repair and a quote and they were here a few short hours after I called. Collin was great. He got the door working again and he got us the quote we needed for our budget.
