Contacted Precision Garage Door of Michiana in the mid morning and did the online chat with Betty explained the problems with my garage door. Sent Andrew out same day at my time I specified. Andrew contacted me when he would arrive and did a complete inspection of the garage door and gave me an estimate for the repairs. I agreed to the price and I told him he could schedule me for a more convenient time for him to come repair the garage door to be repaired. Andrew said I have the parts available now and can complete the repairs now. I did not expect him to stay to get it done after 6 pm. There was no extra charge for him to complete the job after 6 pm. After completing the repairs the door works great and operates smoothly. A professional repair by Andrew and a great job by Betty for customer service.
