Blaine Goodrich from Precision Garage Door arrived right on time at 8:30 a.m., along with calling me 10 minutes before that to say that he was on his way. He did a great job of removing the old garage door, installing the new one, cleaning up afterwards, and explaining the functions of the new keypad. At the beginning, I asked him how long it would take. Blaine said that it usually takes 3 to 4 hours. He completed the work in amazing time, finishing up about 11:20 a.m., which is less than 3 hours. Excellent work!

Update: Jacob delivered my door frames for the windows and it made everything right. Thank you! Jacob was kind, considerate, and very respondant. I appreciate his service and his good work. I ordered my garage door 3 months early, scheduled the door installation so that I was present for the installation after flying into specicially. I prepaid for the door. I can't get anyone on the phone. The windows are not what I ordered and now they're saying I have to wait. I specifically scheduled the event to take pictures right after the door was installed for a catalog. I am not happy with their services. I have another complaint.

Austin Jefferson was the technician that worked on my garage door. He was great! I'd lived with a garage door that was sporadically opening halfway for a good month and I had to open and close it manually on occasion. After my son and I grew tired of tinkering around with the controls, I called PRECISION, and Austin arrived even earlier than anticipated. He was very personable and did an excellent job. it was done quickly for a good price. They'll be my go-to garage folks!

These Neighborly companies are anything but. A service that should cost maybe $300 now costs $1000+ because they bring an iPad. The guys did a great job, but I miss the days where venture capital didnt take such a huge cut of home maintenance.

"Jacob Lindsey was my technician. He installed the garage door, metal frame, key pad, motor. He explained the manual way to open door. technician chung yu li was earlier than appointed. he was very knowlegable and knew what he was doing. very proffesional also. replaced all our old (29 yr) plastic original rollers on our garage door. with all new nylon/steel ones. great job and garage door goes up and down like a new one. very satisfied and highly recommend precison garage door company.

Both visits (estimate and installation) were very professional and thorough. My technician, Jacob Lindsey, was great. He called me 15 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. He got right to work and cleaned up as he went. Impressed with the installation and the overall experience. I hate taking time out of my day for home repairs, but this one wasn't as painful as most of them usually are! I'd recommend them to a friend for sure.

Austin Jefferson was on time which is important to me. He evaluated my garage door issues , quoted three different options and I agreed to the option he recommended. The repairs were done in a timely manner. Austin then went over the work he performed and showed me the required maintenance.
