Had just installed my own garage door opener I bought from Menards. I had messed the up the settings which Jon fixed on a matter of minutes. Amazing! Then he pointed out that the door was rubbing on the top because it was separating. So he gave me a price for a new garage door. What a great employee precision garage door has. Jon's a good guy.

Had Precision door company replace one cable that I purchased. Took 30 minutes which is ok. But they charged me $175 labor for the one item to be replaced. Never again will I trust them Will not recommend them. They use to be a good company. But now they have new owners who are like most companies calling it inflation when reality is its greed

My installers Jacob, Tyler and Blaine did a great job on a large project of installing five new garage doors and five new openers. They arrived on time and it took them most of the day. They walked me through setting up the keypads, internet access and openers. They took away the old doors and left everything as neat as a pin. It made a huge change in the way our house looks when you first drive up and I appreciate all their hard work. Thank you!!!

I could not be happier with the garage door repair service I received from Precision Garage Door of Michiana. Scheduling online was easy with lots of options to fit into my schedule (even 7am on Saturday morning). Peter, the service technician, was thorough in his inspection of my door, provided sound pressure-free advice about my options for both repair and preventative maintenance and performed the job expertly and quickly. I also appreciated the fact that Peter seemed to take great pride in the company. In my experience, that only happens when a company takes good care of its employees and invests in continuing education for them. I won't hesitate to call on Precision Garage Door again but, given the great job that Peter did, I don't anticipate that I will be needing them any time soon!

Gavin from Precision Garage Door did a fabulous job replacing our garage door opener. I called at 2:00 and the job was completed by 6:00pm. He explained what and why we needed the opener and the wheels. He finished the job in 1 1/2 hours. Wow, what a difference it makes. It runs smoothly and so much more quietly. We are so happy we called Precision Garage Door.

Austin Jefferson was on time which is important to me. He evaluated my garage door issues , quoted three different options and I agreed to the option he recommended. Blaine Goodrich from Precision Garage Door arrived right on time at 8:30 a.m., along with calling me 10 minutes before that to say that he was on his way. He did a great job of removing the old garage door, installing the new one, cleaning up afterwards, and explaining the functions of the new keypad. At the beginning, I asked him how long it would take. Blaine said that it usually takes 3 to 4 hours. He completed the work in amazing time, finishing up about 11:20 a.m., which is less than 3 hours. Excellent work!
