Woke on a Sunday morning to find my garage door spring broken. Searched online and found Precision had 24/7 service with mostly favaorable Google reviews. Phoned to set appointment at 10 AM and was scheduled for tech arrival between 12 and 2 PM. Received a call from Austin, the technician, advising he was running early and could arrive at 11:15. Austin performed his evaluation, and determined the door had been initially installed incorrectly related to the drum positioning, in addition to having undersized springs. This would explain why the springs had snapped at least once previously since installation in 2003. Austin provided me with options on the repair estimate (which only varied by a few hundred dollars). I opted for the most expensive, replacing any currently worn, and potential near term failure points...which also carried a 5 year warranty. Once completed, Austin gave a thorough explanation of the repair, along with preventative maintence lubrication instructions. The door has NEVER operated so smoothly. Exremely saitisfied all around.

My garage door broke on a Saturday. I called Precision immediately thinking I would ha e to schedule for sometime during the week. They were able to get me scheduled in on the very next day, on a Sunday at no extra charge for weekend. The technician who came out Jose Villalobos was very thorough and explained recommendations and what he was going to do. Jose Villalobos was very polite, professional and did quick quality work. When he was done he must have double checked his work at least 3 times before he left. Top notch workmanship, and customer service. I will be using them again in the future to do a complete new door down the road. Thank you.

Pete was very professional and explained the quote to me very well. He was on time and very friendly. I had both springs replaced and a couple of bearings. Pete also replaced all the rollers. Very satisfied with the finished product. Would definitely recommend Precision Door.

Our garage door opener died yesterday and Jonathan Seman from Precision Garage Doors came right out, installed a new state of the art opener with built in camera, bright LED Lighting, wi-fi remote hook up and control, outside touch pad, etc. Jonathan was very friendly and helped me set up my account and made sure I understood how to work and program everything. While they are super responsive and the work they do is probably fine, they are ridiculously expensive. I called for a broken spring. Once they arrived, they told me it would be $900, $1,500 or $3,300 (for a new garage door). Why quote a new door for a broken spring? Im in the middle of a family emergency and just wanted this resolved quickly so I moved forward with them although pretty disgusted with the price and the attempt to upsell. Since they were already doing work, I asked how much it would be to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door. They quoted me $160. Really?! You can buy a seal from Lowes for $17 and the technician said all you do is pull out the old one, spray with silicone and slide the new one in, less than a 5 minute job, but they want $160 to do that?!? A business needs to make money and it is possible to do that without pushing extravagant services and charging excessive prices. Look elsewhere for fair pricing!

We were unsure of the service we needed. Gavan was the technician that came out to help. We had 2 really old drive boxes that had to be replaced. He explained our payment options and got us all set up. We got both replaced and he got it done faster than I expected. Exceptional service as expected!! We used Precision at our old house from 2011-2017 and always had amazing service. That is why we returned and they did not disappoint! Thank you Gavan and Precision Door!!!

When my garage door failed to close, I called Precision's office at 4:30 Wednesday evening, and Jose was at my home by 9:00 the following morning. The failure-to-close issue was an easy fix, but he also pointed out several problems with the door's 18-year old opening/closing mechanism, which I quickly gave my permission to correct. And now I have a nicely upgraded mechanism which will last for many years to come. And the resulting smoothness and quietness in opening and closing is an unexpected benefit. Jose's personality and professionalism were very much appreciated. And I will not hesitate to call Precision, when I need a new opener and new springs Very well done, Jose!

ChungYu Li was exceptional! We have had trouble with our door during this cold freeze but have babied this door since we moved in over a year ago. He answered all of our questions on the old door and new door without hesitation! He is very personal and easy going. We ended up purchasing a new insulated steel backed door with a very good warranty. I highly recommend Precision Door!

My garage door won't shut. We thought it was the censor for the opener. Tried to replace them but, found that opener need to be replace instead. Opener was only 2 1/2 years old replaced with a new one. Fast service and repair. Explained everything to me before getting to work. My tech Andy was so helpful and fast to fixing the problem.
