My garage door won't shut. We thought it was the censor for the opener. Tried to replace them but, found that opener need to be replace instead. Opener was only 2 1/2 years old replaced with a new one. Fast service and repair. Explained everything to me before getting to work. My tech Andy was so helpful and fast to fixing the problem.

From my initial call to the completion of the garage door installation I was very impressed with the excellent service I received. Meeting with Andy was great and Jacob Lindsey and assistant did a great job installing the door. Great work! I would recommend Precision to everyone. Great people.

Technician called and sent photo of himself announced he was on the way and would be early. Showed up presented himself asked what problem was immediately fixed issue and lubricated entire door rollers and hinges cleaned up after himself and asked if there was anything else and we shook hands and he was on his way. Very courteous and professional glad we choose this company.

The tech that came--on a Sunday!--was prompt, courteous and professional. He gave me a quote for the replacement door, as the old door couldn't be fixed, on the spot. Outstanding service!
