This was an excellent experience. The technician, Jose, was friendly and knowledgeable for the fix. He came out on a Sunday and fixed the door quickly and efficiently. It was overall the best choice to contact this company. I would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Precision. The appointment was set easily after business hours and Andy arrived promptly the next morning to fix our broken cable. The appointment communication was outstanding and included a photo of the tech we could expect to see. Nice touch for security! We asked if he could also do some routine maintenance and inspection as well and he politely completed that service, too. We would definitely use Precision Garage Door again, it was a great experience from start to finish.
