Jose called before he arrived and was promptly on time. He assessed the problem, explained it in detail and was very knowledgeable. I am buying a new garage door; this one is 30 years old. It will match the exiting door (HOA) and they will replace the wood side pieces. I look forward to the new door.

We needed an after hours repair last evening. Out tech Chung Yu Li called within 15 minutes to let us know he had been dispatched and was on his way. Once he arrived he got set up and did the work and showed me what was going on with the door. He was professional and did a really good job. Holy cow it was expensive, but it was after hours too, which plays into that.

I had two new garage door openers installed in January of 2021, and a few months ago the light pod of one of them stopped working. I called and a technician came out and confirmed that the light pod needed to be replaced. He told me that it wasnt covered under warranty and I showed him my receipt where it stated that I had 5 year parts, 5 year for light pods. He called his boss and he told the technician to give me the manufacturers number so I could order the light pod or to order one through Amazon. Still trying to figure out why I need to do their job! I have been calling for the last couple weeks only to be told that the warranty department will be given a high priority message to help resolve my problem.

While they are super responsive and the work they do is probably fine, they are ridiculously expensive. I called for a broken spring. Once they arrived, they told me it would be $900, $1,500 or $3,300 (for a new garage door). Why quote a new door for a broken spring? Im in the middle of a family emergency and just wanted this resolved quickly so I moved forward with them although pretty disgusted with the price and the attempt to upsell. Since they were already doing work, I asked how much it would be to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door. They quoted me $160. Really?! You can buy a seal from Lowes for $17 and the technician said all you do is pull out the old one, spray with silicone and slide the new one in, less than a 5 minute job, but they want $160 to do that?!? A business needs to make money and it is possible to do that without pushing extravagant services and charging excessive prices. Look elsewhere for fair pricing!

We were unsure of the service we needed. Gavan was the technician that came out to help. We had 2 really old drive boxes that had to be replaced. He explained our payment options and got us all set up. We got both replaced and he got it done faster than I expected. Exceptional service as expected!! We used Precision at our old house from 2011-2017 and always had amazing service. That is why we returned and they did not disappoint! Thank you Gavan and Precision Door!!!

When my garage door failed to close, I called Precision's office at 4:30 Wednesday evening, and Jose was at my home by 9:00 the following morning. The failure-to-close issue was an easy fix, but he also pointed out several problems with the door's 18-year old opening/closing mechanism, which I quickly gave my permission to correct. And now I have a nicely upgraded mechanism which will last for many years to come. And the resulting smoothness and quietness in opening and closing is an unexpected benefit. Jose's personality and professionalism were very much appreciated. And I will not hesitate to call Precision, when I need a new opener and new springs Very well done, Jose!

ChungYu Li was exceptional! We have had trouble with our door during this cold freeze but have babied this door since we moved in over a year ago. He answered all of our questions on the old door and new door without hesitation! He is very personal and easy going. We ended up purchasing a new insulated steel backed door with a very good warranty. I highly recommend Precision Door!

My garage door won't shut. We thought it was the censor for the opener. Tried to replace them but, found that opener need to be replace instead. Opener was only 2 1/2 years old replaced with a new one. Fast service and repair. Explained everything to me before getting to work. My tech Andy was so helpful and fast to fixing the problem.

I received an error message on the door app. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Since it has been almost a year since the install, he recommended having the yearly maintenance taken care of while he was here. I gladly accepted his recommendation. Technician called and sent photo of himself announced he was on the way and would be early. Showed up presented himself asked what problem was immediately fixed issue and lubricated entire door rollers and hinges cleaned up after himself and asked if there was anything else and we shook hands and he was on his way. Very courteous and professional glad we choose this company.
