My installers Jacob, Tyler and Blaine did a great job on a large project of installing five new garage doors and five new openers. They arrived on time and it took them most of the day. They walked me through setting up the keypads, internet access and openers. They took away the old doors and left everything as neat as a pin. Peter, the service technician, was thorough in his inspection of my door, provided sound pressure-free advice about my options for both repair and preventative maintenance and performed the job expertly and quickly. I also appreciated the fact that Peter seemed to take great pride in the company. In my experience, that only happens when a company takes good care of its employees and invests in continuing education for them. Blaine Goodrich from Precision Garage Door arrived right on time at 8:30 a.m., along with calling me 10 minutes before that to say that he was on his way. He did a great job of removing the old garage door, installing the new one, cleaning up afterwards, and explaining the functions of the new keypad. At the beginning, I asked him how long it would take. Blaine said that it usually takes 3 to 4 hours. He completed the work in amazing time, finishing up about 11:20 a.m., which is less than 3 hours. Excellent work!
