Had a technician, Peter Wendorf, out today to address a noise issue with our new door. Peter kept us advised as to the time he would arrive and was able to adjust the down force and fix the issue in about 5 minutes. Very impressed with Precision's service.

Austin did a great job fixing the mess some animal greater and adjusted the chain and belt. He hasn't sent the invoice yet. Otherwise he would have gotten 5 stars.

Came out and lied to my wife and said they dont make parts for my unite, that my unite is old and they dont even make chain fed unites only belt driven unites. Later i googled parts for my unite and found them, also found out they do in fact still make brand new chain fed unites. So Andrew Ginter lied to us and took my 75 dollars for a service fee

Precision definitely came through for us! We were able to schedule an appointment for the same day as our springs broke. Pete came out and did the inspection and was personable and kind. Tyler came out the next day to install a new door, motor, and take care of our entire garage. He was efficient, personable, and made sure we understood everything that was going on. Both men were great and considerate. We are so pleased with Precision as a whole!

Pete showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on and explained everything and all the options for repairs. After discussion he had the door working quickly. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for my other houses garage door replacement in the future.

Tyler installed my new garage door today and did a wonderful job. He was very friendly and efficient. He even went "above and beyond" by strengthening the boards in my garage where the track was attached. The new door looks beautiful and works perfectly.

A clip attachment bolt had come loose on one of my garage door openers. The door still functioned but would have failed, if not repaired soon. I called Precision Garage Door and Andy Johnson came over IN LESS THAN AN HOUR and repaired it for me. I couldn't have asked for any better service. I highly recommend them. Jose is a great technician and very honest! I had a my garage door spring replaced on March 19th 2024 by precision door. Unfortunately I had to give them a call back on March 30th 2024 because my garage door would not open all the way or close all the way. Come to find out the other technician that replaced my spring was in to much of a hurry to make that Commission base pay to replace my spring and 3 bearings at the cost of $676 on single stall 7ft high insulated door. And did not check his work didnt get everything tight on the door which through the opener out of its limit set points. I am a happy customer and they took care of me on a holiday weekend with no charge!

Pete Wendorf was our technician that came out and did a full evaluation of our garage door. I feel he was accurate in his assessment and got us a new system for our garage. Love the technology to be able to open and close the garage from my phone and see who is coming and going. Pete did a great job of explaining everything!

Chung Yu Li was like a maestro of garage doors. He did a safety check, documented the state of the door via photos, then gave me a choice of 3 different work estimates. I chose how much of the necessary and recommended work I wanted to have done. He pointed out some very dodgy situations (missing door hinges, damaged and misaligned door panels, kinked cables) as well as the general wear and tear problems with bearings and rollers, and the obvious broken spring. We agreed on a the work and he was able to get it all done in less than 2 hours, which included fine tuning the door alignment. This is the quietest I've ever heard that door. I'm totally happy with Chung Yu Li's service, technical knowledge, and his relentless pursuit of making my garage door perfect and up to his standards. He is also a very delightful human being, and was quite enjoyable to have around. 5 stars to Chung Yu Li and Precision Garage Doors!

Had an older and improperly installed door replaced by Precision after it broke beyond repair. The technician, Blaine, explained the scope of work and quickly installed the new door and opener. The new system is quiet, fast, and well-finished. Thanks for the quick and professional service!
