Tyler Williams did an excellent job with the replacement of the garage door and opener. He arrived on time, removed the old door/components, installed the new door, hardware, opener system and keypad, demonstrated the regular maintenance and provided the product, helped setup and explained the MyQ app and cared for my property as if it were his home. Precision Door Michiana provided excellent service from the first call through the install! Thank you!

Had new garage door installed Oct 22, beginning of Feb 24, door would not open or close completely. Jonathan came out and fixed the problem. One week latersame issue. Jonathan came out again. Very pleasant. Very professional. Very reasonable. Fixed the issue again. Very satisfied with Precision Garage Door. Would recommend to everyone.

Peter was excellent, and very helpful with replacing our garage door motors. We were working with an insurance claim, and he took the time to provide detailed explanations and pictures along with my invoice so I could provide it to my claims adjuster. Left the area clean and tidy!

Back in 2019, they came out and changed both springs. They were quick, painless and fair priced. Today, I needed what I thought was just a few parts to fix my garage door. Precision came back out and proceeded to say that my entire system was bad and everything needs replaced with the top pricing they quoted me being $5,470. As I found it hard to believe everything was bad, I did some further research and was actually able to change the 3 parts that were broken and behold, my garage door works just fine at the cost of $40. I would've gladly paid $200 or so for them to say that these few parts were bad and fixed but sadly they tried multiple times to sell me an entire system I did not need. Will never call Precision again after this experience. Giving 2 stars due to them being great in 2019.

We had a panel damaged. Once the parts came in, the appointment was scheduled. Jacob Lindsey was our technician. He called when he was on the way. He arrived and answered any questions that we had and did an exceptional job installing our new panel and new opener. He explained, in detail, how to operate the new equipment and cleaned up after he was finished. I think the floor looked better after he was done than when he started. Thank you again for the great service. We will use again as well as tell others about your company.

After scheduling an appointment online for later in the morning Jose Villalobos came during the selected timeframe (about 2 hours after making the appointment!). He completed the repair in a timely manner and was very thorough in making sure everything was how it should be. He even measured the height of my vehicle to ensure there were no clearance issues. I am very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend this company and technician!

Precision Garage Door have an elite product and a well trained team. Our garage door spring broke during the -10 degree weather over the weekend. You do not realize how important the garage door is until it is out of action! Went online to Precisions website and was able to secure a repair time for Monday morning. Have to admit we were a little skeptical how easy it was to schedule an appointment and then take into account the sub-zero winter weather. Any doubt we had was removed as Precision's Jose Villalobos arrived as scheduled Monday morning with all the equipment to make a repair during the extreme cold and repair our garage door issue. Thanks Precision Garage Door and thanks you Jose!
