Was a great experience, scheduled last night Peter Wendorf showed up in the scheduled timeframe. Explained what was happening offered a solution and had it repaired in an hour. Would recommend to anyone needing a door or repair done. Well done Peter!

Peter did a fantastic job with our double garage door installation. He had to remove a very old set of doors and tracks, and the job took him well past a normal quitting time. He stuck with the job and completed the entire removal and installation before he left. Everyone that helped us, from Gavan on Day 1 with a diagnostic and estimate for new doors, to Peter for the main work, to Austin who came by to install emergency access locks, was prompt, friendly, communicative and efficient. We are very happy with our new doors and the outstanding service all around. Thanks!

Very professional, knowledgeable, fair, and friendly. They were able to come out the day after our garage door broke, did a full inspection of everything, gave us a few quotes and estimates while explaining very well the reasoning for each thing and what happened, and fixed our garage door system within an hour or so. Highly recommend to anyone who needs their garage door system fixed fast and well!

About two years ago we had the spring, the cables and rollers changed on our garage door.. Cost approximately $900. Was told that there was a lifetime warranty. Weve had to have them come out to fix the cables about four times. The cable has come off multiple times since this was done. Charges every time for a service call, and today charged an extra $10 for a fuel charge. I was told on the phone when I made the appointment that if work was done (which it was) that I would not be charged a service fee. I will not be using this company again as they keep trying to sell me a new garage door opener for a mere $950. I dont like it when companies wont stand by their work and charge a service fee when I was told on the phone two days ago that I would not be charged one if work was completed. I do not recommend this company! Had another company out to look at our garage door opener just after this review was first posted. He made a quick adjustment to the opener. It's been two years and we've not had another problem with the door opener. I stand by my review.

Regarding our warranty, whenever our warrantied parts are not performing as promised, we will replace them at no cost to you. In your case, the recent failure in your garage door system was not caused by faulty parts we installed, but a failing operator which is several years out of warranty. We appreciate your business, and hope that you give us another try in the future.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon so I called Precision Garage Door and they repaired the door and replaced the broken spring the same day. After speaking with their technician we ordered a new garage door.

Our garage door and opener went haywire last night around 5:30. My wife called Precision around 5:40 and was told that a tech would be there between 7-9 p.m. Our tech, Blaque Kuchel called to say he was getting a job done early and would be able to get to our house sooner. He arrived a little after 6 p.m. and was able to get right on it. He fixed both the garage and replaced the opener within 2 hours. He was very professional, friendly and had great attention to detail. If your company hires more technicians like Blaque, you will benefit greatly. Thanks Blaque! Had the torsion spring break this morning (Sept. 2nd, 2024). Our tech Andy Ginter showed up and replaced the spring and bar and other things needed and was done in short order. Always professionally done which is why we stay with Precision Garage Door.
