Quick Response…Precision sent their representative Gavin Compton the day after I called for help with our hail damage to our garage doors…Gavin was on time and was very helpful.. He explained to us all the options for new doors and colors available…. He was very thorough in explaining all the services and warranties that Precision provides with new door installation.. He got our whole system working with new parts that were priced at a reasonable cost, and then he answered all our questions so that we were comfortable operating the system. Our garage door wouldn't open due to faulty electrical. I called Precision and they had someone out quickly. He assessed the issue and suggested we install a manual key to access the garage if the issue occurs in the future. It was installed efficiently and the friendly technician made sure I could use it before leaving. Highly recommend.

My first guy was not impressive. Mr Seman told me after installing my genie opener that my spring wasn’t right size. Why didn’t he tell me that to begin with? The second nice young man was 100 percent amazing. I can’t remember his name but he explained everything showing me what needed done. Please tell Mr Seman to take time to explain EVERYTHING. My second tech was wonderful and left me in a better frame of mind. I was very upset until he reassured me . Please recognize him. I think his name was Peter

He was very professional in assessing my situation with my garage door and was able to give me (4) options on repairing and servicing my damaged garage door.
