Both of my remote openers stopped working at the same time due to a power surge as did the keypad outside. A service rep, A.J. came the same day I called and did a wonderful job. He diagnosed the problem, showed me how to pair the remotes with the opener when I asked him and installed a new keypad with larger numerals that is easier for me to use.

Garage door spring broke in the morning. Called Precision at around 6am and they were at my door by 9:30am. Gavan did a great job asking me some questions and giving me some recommendations. He got right to work and 45 minutes later, he had all of the repairs done and went through them with me.

From beginning to end, the service was great. The young lady who answered the phone was very professional, nice, cheerful and polite. She gets 5 stars for being the best PR for your company. The technician, Gavin, was really nice, professional and did a great job. (Little did I know you were sending a celebrity!! I've seen him on the commercials). Everything was inspected, explained, and all questions answered before he started. He was kind and patient. From the first phone call, emails were sent every step of the way so I knew who was coming, when, etc. Gavin did a great a job, and before he left, he went over everything and again asked if I had any questions. I was pleasantly surprised that I got service on July 3rd, the start of a holiday weekend. Great people, great service!

I’ll give you 5 stars with an asterisk. I had no problem with the work itself. Your man called before arriving quite on time and did what I asked him to do. However, I got the distinct impression that your guys are trained to go Through a “scripted” sales presentation, no matter what the customer says. Throw it against the wall and see What sticks? Run it up the pole and see if anyone salutes? I have a strong background concerning things Mechanical and understand the concept of wear-n-tear over a period of time. If a door roller is wobbly, well, They do that when new. Replace a cable that’s not showing any signs of fraying? Why? Replace a motor just Becaused it’s fifteen years old? It may well last another fifteen. They often do. Garage door systems are not Fragile things because they’re engineered not to be. But wait, there’s more! I got a kick out of the way the “Options” are presented on the little tablet screen. A cursory glance caught some insane price that exceeded Three thousand dollars. Come on. Really? I requested a spring adjustment. Some of us out here in garage Land may have the feeling we’re being played when we see stuff like this. I understand the desire to make a Buck. But the possibility exists that you may be pushing a mite too hard. Some of us still adhere to the old Axiom, If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

We were able to get an appt. for the next day but there were several cancellations and we were able to get service the same day. We rec'd phone calls regarding the technicians arrival. Gavan Compton was very friendly. He was very helpful to us since neither my husband or myself are very good with computers and we still live in the flip phone age. He answered all questions we had. We would recommend Precision Garage Door to all family members and friends. Thank you!

During the tornado we lost Wi Fi communication with our Opener. We were unable to restore ourselves, so we scheduled a service call. Precision has the best scheduling and contact messaging, period. They kept us informed and arrived on time in spite of the extra service load as the result of the tornado. Gavin, the service tech was polite and obviously well trained. He re-established the connection, reprogramed the remotes (including the HomeLink in the vehicles). He also advised installing surge protectors. When you buy an opener from Precision they give you "The Precision Promise". There was no charge for the service call.

Andy was fantastic to work with. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was able to replace our broken garage door spring along with several other worn parts the very same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The repair was completed efficiently, and our garage door is working better than it has in years. We really appreciated the prompt service and not having to wait days for parts or a follow-up appointment. Highly recommend for anyone needing garage door repairs!
