I was able to call and get a same-day appointment to fix my garage door. Im no garage door expert, but Pete sure is! He did a great job of explaining every single thing going on with our system to determine what parts were salvageable and which ones were not. He made it very clear what my options were to get the door working again, and ultimately I decided to go with the parts package that I felt best would give us the longevity we need with our door. Big congrats to him and his family as well on the new baby!! Hes a very proud daddy already, and I couldnt be happier for him! He was in and out in about an hour and got the door working better than it has in the 6 years Ive lived in my house. Big shout out to Precision garage door for the stellar service and speed! Im ecstatic!

Unfortunately my experience was not as I hoped for. I had two new doors and openers installed by an experienced friend, who has installed lot of doors, but we were having trouble with adjustments... Called the company and their technician said that we had three problems. He said a pinion gear was damaged because the door wasn't installed properly and the motor would have to be replaced. He could do it for $1,400. He also said that a compression spring was broken and spinning freely. He also said that he could adjust the start and stop points on the door and the charge would be $100. He also said he could adjust the belt tension and the charge would be $90. He said that my problem are pretty typical for "store bought" openers. So I paid for that totaling $190. He only worked on one door. The next day, I found that I could buy a pinion gear replacement and tune up kit myself from the same retailer that sold me the opener for $23.99. I also watched a simple U-Tube video on how to install it. 15 minutes later. Done. I also found how to adjust the door open and close stop points and did that in 2 minutes after adjusting the spring that was not broken, just loose. Done. Then I adjusted the belt tension after watching another video. 5 minutes for video and adjustment. Done. Total time and materials for me today... 22 minutes and $23.99 for repairs and adjustments... Another 10 minutes for programming. After paying $190 yesterday for service call lasting less than an hour.

I recently purchased a home with a non-functional garage dooran old, heavy wooden model with broken springs and a faulty motor. I contacted Precision Garage Door, and they impressed me from the start. A technician came out the very next day to provide a quote, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the options were. I decided to move forward, and within a week, I had a brand-new garage door installed. The difference is night and day. The new door is well-sealed (unlike the previous one, which allowed rain and critters to sneak in), it looks fantastic, and it operates flawlessly. I couldnt be happier with the result. Thanks to Precision Garage Door, Im now ready for winter and can finally park inside my garage. I truly appreciate their prompt service, professionalism, and quality workmanship. Highly recommended!

I was so amazed at the wonderful repairs technician Chung Yu Li performed on my garage doors today!! I can't believe how smooth running both are and the worst one was repaired in such a way the action of it is now JUST LIKE NEW!!!!
