The electricity went out during a storm, none of the garage door openers in the car, in the garage or the app would work..this is the second time this has happened. Logged onto app to get step by step instructions to reset, didn’t work. Had to have a technician come over, charges $230 everytime they come! So everytime electricity goes out, I’ll have to call them..nice money making scheme..I just bought a new garage door and garage door opener from them but was never told this would be the case.smh

Overall I am happy with the work that was done, but dont appreciate that the technician was trying to upsale me to spend a lot more money. All I needed was the springs replaced but he wanted me to have a new garage door installed too for an extra $700.

Good service but a bit overpriced. $90 to change 3 hinges is ridiculous

We needed new springs. But apparently you couldn't just change just that, we had to buy new bearings, which wasn't necessary. So because our normal company couldn't come out right away, we called you. We appreciate it getting fixed the same day, and Gavan was professional. The one suggestion we have is to be more careful to not dirty the walls. Clean it up before you leave. Common courtesy.

Technician is good friendly but the price is very high

At Precision, we specialize in comprehensive solutions that last years, not months. There are different fixes for different situations, but we never nickel and dime our customers. Still, unfortunately, we're not a good fit for everyone. Thank you for the opportunity to explain what kind of company we are so that people can make an informed decision.
The service person was excellent and did a great job. Service person showed up for the repair within 1.5 hours of my call for the repair. This was surprisingly fast. The service was done quickly, and labor cost was very reasonable. I gave a three-star rating because of the price of the replacement parts. Most of torsional springs cost $60 - $100 per set of two on Amazon, Home Depot and Lowes with the highest price of $140 for a set of two at Home Depot. I was charged $750 by Precision Garage Door for a set of two springs. The service person also replaced the one Center Torsional Bearing at a cost of $115. The Amazon, Home Depot and Lowes price for the bearing is $4 - $11. I don't object to a company parts price markups, but I feel Precision Garage Door part prices are extremely high. I questioned the cost of the springs but only was told torsional springs are expensive. I was also charged a $10 fuel surcharge which I have no issue with knowing fuel prices are high at this time.
