Our technician, Gavan Compton, arrived on time and was professional. He asked about the problems we were experiencing and then started his investigation. After patiently and clearly explaining the issues, he provided us with a preliminary quotation outlining the options available to us. He expeditiously and carefully explained the next steps, constantly repeating our questions and always asking clarifying questions to ensure we understood the service he would provide. He did the work expeditiously, which solved our problems, and was careful to explain the use of the equipment, the various warranties/ guarantees, and how to operate the equipment. It was a good experience.

Just recently my garage door failed as the right coil broke, and I could not get the door up. I have worked with precision in the past and I had the utmost confidence that my call would be received professionally and that they would work through my situation quickly, I was not disappointed. My technician Andrew was wonderful. He was clear and concise in what was needed. Andrew was clear in his communication and how long he would take And then make sure after his work was done that the garage door was working properly. Thank you, Andrew!

Our garage door was stuck in the halfway position with the cars in the garage. Online scheduling was easy and we heard from the technician within 15 minutes that they were on their way! Gavin was professional, friendly and efficient and had the problem fixed with new cables and a realignment within an hour! Very impressed with the prompt service! Saved our day! Thanks!

Service was very prompt. A replacement was scheduled within two days of discovering the failureof the original (25 yo) door. The entire replacement took under 3 hours. Blaine was very efficient and answered all of my questions and provided excellent maintenance advice. Would thoroughly recommend Precision Doors.

Called late on a Friday night. The spring on our garage door had broke. Precision Garage Door was able to send one of their techs out Saturday morning. Collin Walsh was able to get the repair work done that day, including the spring replacement along with other upgrades. Quality work and a garage door system working better than before the spring failure.
