My garage door had fallen, and it would not go up. The spring was broken. Precision sent Andy out to help me. I got a trained technician with a well-stocked truck and less than two hours after calling the door was repaired and fully serviced. Andy showed me an evaluation report and recommendations for repair. All costs were clearly presented and the work was carried out just as described. This is the only garage door company on my phone list. Always good service, fair prices and guaranteed.

I called Precision Door on a Tuesday morning and they came out the same day! Jose V. came out to check on our broken spring to the garage door. He replaced it, along with the bottom seal, readjusted the door and track, and lubed all of the working parts. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

Had a new garage door motor installed which includes a new track, 2 door openers, a new wall controller in the garage, two new sensors, and a key pad outside of the garage door. Austin was the technician doing the work. He is a very polite young man and does excellent work!!! He is also fantastic at explaining how everything functions in ensuring that you were satisfied with what has been completed and that you understand everything. Precision Garage Door is absolutely the best at everything they do from setting up the appointment, sending emails and text messages to remind you of the appointment, and on the day of the tech being on his way the tech calls to let you know he is on the way, what time he should arrive, and then a text message is sent from Precision with a photo of who the tech is so that you know it is that individual when they arrive and you can track from the link they send where his location is at so that you ensure you are at your residence when the technician arrives. They installed my garage door four years ago and these two times I have worked with them has been a delight. They truly are the company you should use for your garage door needs.

I called Precision at 2pm to let them know I was getting a message about my garage door malfunctioning. The technician Gavan Compton was at my house two hours later. He came in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes, and it was covered by my warranty. Easiest service call I've ever had.

The guy replaced the broken spring and the 2 suspension wires within an hour and charged $1287. Didnt even include lubrication of the bearings which would have cost him 5 min and maybe $10 lube. Pricy. I had to do it because I needed it fixed before my trip.

Get a second opinion. Positives: Precision was friendly and quick to come quote us. Negative: We were told by Precision our garage door was beyond repair and we need to just get a new one. This was going to be thousands of dollars. We just had that garage door fixed by Lechlitner Door for $173. Again, get a second opinion!!!

Jose came out and was very thorough in fixing my garage door! He was friendly, professional, and paid attention to the details.
