Within 24 hours, our technician, Austin J., arrived to assess the issue. He took the time to explain his findings and possible solutions before proceeding with the work. Austin installed new springs and a Genie motor, ensuring everything was in top working order. After completing the job efficientlywithin just a couple of hourshe called me again to review everything. Our garage door was stuck in the halfway position with the cars in the garage. Online scheduling was easy and we heard from the technician within 15 minutes that they were on their way! Service was very prompt. A replacement was scheduled within two days of discovering the failureof the original (25 yo) door. The entire replacement took under 3 hours. Blaine was very efficient and answered all of my questions and provided excellent maintenance advice. Would thoroughly recommend Precision Doors.

Called late on a Friday night. The spring on our garage door had broke. Precision Garage Door was able to send one of their techs out Saturday morning. Collin Walsh was able to get the repair work done that day, including the spring replacement along with other upgrades. Quality work and a garage door system working better than before the spring failure.

Our garage door spring broke late yesterday afternoon. Precision sent Austin to us first thing this morning. Austin was clear in explaining what service we needed, which went beyond replacing the spring. He quoted us $1600 to repair, which is steep, but in the interest of time, we chose not to get other quotes and to trust that the work was necessary to keep our door running smoothly. We appreciated the prompt and professional communication and service (including texting a photo of the technician before he arrived).

I called late on a Tuesday and they serviced my door about an hour later, Austin Jefferson was awesome he explained our problems and issues and addressed them all in a very timely matter, he knows his stuff and was very personable! If we ever need any thing again we will definitely be in contact.

Just got a new garage door and opener and we could not be happier with the service from beginning to end. Setting up the appointment on line was easy and convenient. Collin Walsh came out to look at our garage door which was a very old. He went over our choices without pressure. He went over financing option and walked us through the process. Percision was in constant contact before appointment and confirmed appointment details. Day of appointment, Tyler called to let us know he was a bit behind and gave us a time he was going to be here. He arrived by the time he said. He was professional, and friendly. He began working and completed the installation. Tyler went over what we needed to know about our new garage door and opener. He cleaned up his work area and helped us program the key pad. I would recommend Precision . Thank you!

My garage door had fallen, and it would not go up. The spring was broken. Precision sent Andy out to help me. I got a trained technician with a well-stocked truck and less than two hours after calling the door was repaired and fully serviced. Andy showed me an evaluation report and recommendations for repair. All costs were clearly presented and the work was carried out just as described. This is the only garage door company on my phone list. Always good service, fair prices and guaranteed.

I called Precision Door on a Tuesday morning and they came out the same day! Jose V. came out to check on our broken spring to the garage door. He replaced it, along with the bottom seal, readjusted the door and track, and lubed all of the working parts. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.
