Hostetler Askew Door did a great job again on installing a new opener for us our second! Both our old openers were probably 30 years old or more and I think they installed them back then. Blaine Goodrich was excellent. He called when he was on his way to ensure we had time to prepare before he arrived. He was timely and efficient. I was impressed in his ability to remove the old garage door and replace it with a new one, by himself. He tested the door and the opener and gave helpful tips on maintaining the door and oiling the hinges and springs. I would highly recommend!

We had a really great experience with the first technician ChungYu Li, who quickly came out to see what was wrong with our old door and then actually did sell us a new door to replace the very ancient one we owned that was no longer serviceable or repairable. He was very professional, helpful, educational, not at all pushy, respectful, and wonderful to work with despite the bitter cold day. When the new door finally arrived to Precision, they were great at contacting us right away to set up a date and time for installation. The day of install, the installer called us to remind us he would be here and what time he would be arriving. Tyler Williams was punctual, respectful, efficient, professional, he swiftly removed the whole old door and rail system then loaded them up to dispose of right away, despite it being below freezing temps outside. Tyler then had the entire new set up of door, rails, springs, motor, exterior seals, remote openers, and wall openers all installed and the work area all cleaned up nicely within just a couple of short hours! We were very impressed with the quality of work he did and really appreciated how helpful he was at explaining to us how everything works and showing us how to keep up on the twice yearly maintenance of the hinges and springs.

Considerably more expensive than most competitors. Dont make the same mistake I did and not shop around!!! It shouldnt cost $1,100 for a spring replacement!!!

Jose came out and was very thorough in fixing my garage door! He was friendly, professional, and paid attention to the details.
