Great experience garage got jammed on Friday and it was fixed before noon Saturday. ChungYu Li was very friendly, helpful, and efficient! He offered multiple options for repair or replacement, explained things clearly, and didnt give me any pressure on anything. Will call these guys again if I need anything for a garage door. Thanks!

Jose called before he arrived and was promptly on time. He assessed the problem, explained it in detail and was very knowledgeable. I am buying a new garage door; this one is 30 years old. It will match the exiting door (HOA) and they will replace the wood side pieces. I look forward to the new door.

Had a technician, Peter Wendorf, out today to address a noise issue with our new door. Peter kept us advised as to the time he would arrive and was able to adjust the down force and fix the issue in about 5 minutes. Very impressed with Precision's service.

I have never had such a professional experience from the first call and the service technician, Andy Ginter. He let me know that he was on his way and how long it would take him. His friendliness was soothing and he explained all of my options regarding the work to be done. It took minimum amount of time and the job was perfect. He walked me through the App and showed me how everything worked. He left nothing behind and cleaned up. What a wonderful experience and encouraging as to how things are still done. Courteous, polite, informative, and not pushy. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Michiana.

Came out and lied to my wife and said they dont make parts for my unite, that my unite is old and they dont even make chain fed unites only belt driven unites. Later i googled parts for my unite and found them, also found out they do in fact still make brand new chain fed unites. So Andrew Ginter lied to us and took my 75 dollars for a service fee

Precision definitely came through for us! We were able to schedule an appointment for the same day as our springs broke. Pete came out and did the inspection and was personable and kind. Tyler came out the next day to install a new door, motor, and take care of our entire garage. He was efficient, personable, and made sure we understood everything that was going on. Both men were great and considerate. We are so pleased with Precision as a whole!

Pete showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on and explained everything and all the options for repairs. After discussion he had the door working quickly. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for my other houses garage door replacement in the future.

Very happy with my whole experience with Precision! They had same day appointments available and when I needed to reschedule my original appt, it was super simple. Andy, the technician, did a great job installing new springs and rollers. He had everything he needed for the job on his truck and was completely done within an hour! Price was competitive.
