Our garage door opener died yesterday and Jonathan Seman from Precision Garage Doors came right out, installed a new state of the art opener with built in camera, bright LED Lighting, wi-fi remote hook up and control, outside touch pad, etc. Jonathan was very friendly and helped me set up my account and made sure I understood how to work and program everything. GREAT SERVICE. Thanks Precision!!

Both visits (estimate and installation) were very professional and thorough. My technician, Jacob Lindsey, was great. He called me 15 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. He got right to work and cleaned up as he went. Impressed with the installation and the overall experience. I hate taking time out of my day for home repairs, but this one wasn't as painful as most of them usually are! I'd recommend them to a friend for sure.

Jose arrived toward the very beginning of the 2 hour time frame allotted, and had what he needed to install a new garage door opener (as our 25-year-old one had finally given up the ghost). Got it done within the 2 hours and everything works wonderfully. Highly recommend!

Austin the tech was prompt in coming out to fix the spring and adjust the garage door. He seemed knowledgeable and explained what he was doing in detail and how to maintain it working. Unfortunately he had to return 2 days later due to an imbalance problem and hopefully it is now resolved it at no charge.

He listened to my concerns and provided solutions to my problems. His knowledge attention to detail was superior. Our aging opener was in need of replacement and i reached out to precision for help. The process to get a tech out was very easy. Chung Yu Li met us the very next day, and was very friendly and great to work with. Also very knowledgeable about the technology and gave good, honest advice. Replacement went great with zero issues. Jon Seman (our technician) called me and said he was about 30min away, this was less than an hour since my initial phone call to precision garage door. He arrived on time as expected. Got to work immediately to access the problem and quoted me three options with a range of prices. Very professional and fast, very satisfied with the work and price. Work complete in an hour or so. Highly recommend precision garage door.

Tyler did a great job, was very courteous and kind, even went above & beyond to report a neighborhood safety issue that no one else had noticed. I appreciate that Precision communicates by text, not just notifications but also allows schedule changes, updates, communications with technician, all via text. This busy mom appreciates not having to make another phone call!
