Pete Wendorf was our technician that came out and did a full evaluation of our garage door. I feel he was accurate in his assessment and got us a new system for our garage. Love the technology to be able to open and close the garage from my phone and see who is coming and going. Pete did a great job of explaining everything!

Chung Yu Li was like a maestro of garage doors. He did a safety check, documented the state of the door via photos, then gave me a choice of 3 different work estimates. I chose how much of the necessary and recommended work I wanted to have done. He pointed out some very dodgy situations (missing door hinges, damaged and misaligned door panels, kinked cables) as well as the general wear and tear problems with bearings and rollers, and the obvious broken spring. We agreed on a the work and he was able to get it all done in less than 2 hours, which included fine tuning the door alignment. This is the quietest I've ever heard that door. I'm totally happy with Chung Yu Li's service, technical knowledge, and his relentless pursuit of making my garage door perfect and up to his standards. He is also a very delightful human being, and was quite enjoyable to have around. 5 stars to Chung Yu Li and Precision Garage Doors!

We are very disappointed in the company they have become. We had used these guys in the past and the technician who came out troubleshot the problems and fixed per a reasonable cost is no longer there. The guy came out this visit appeared to be one of the owners and would only replace the entire system form motor to doors. I decided to trouble shoot myself to find out all this needed was to be leveled and balanced to work. They did not want to do that and used some excuse it was not according to OCHA standards and only wanted to charge the most he could bill for - Lazy . I have fixed myself by applying more tension to the cable and springs as well as some minor balancing - works perfectly . I would avoid them for any repairs as they will just try and sell you everything brand new . They appear to now prey on this.

My door broke at 12:30. Almost killed me by heart attack from the spring snapping. I called for repair. Well be there between 1-3. What? Wow!!! So Austin shows up. He went thru everything with me, then I called my husband so he could do it over cos well, poster child for blondes here. He was EXTREMELY helpful, and explained everything to me, showed me the parts he replaced and why they were wrong . It was just a great experience thank austin for me for such a wonderful job! we r so happy it doesnt take 5 mins for it to open any more!

Would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in need of a new system, repair, or help opening a current system. Technician, Jose Villalobos was able to come out on a Sunday within 45 minutes of calling for service. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish.
