Both visits (estimate and installation) were very professional and thorough. My technician, Jacob Lindsey, was great. He called me 15 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. He got right to work and cleaned up as he went. Impressed with the installation and the overall experience. I hate taking time out of my day for home repairs, but this one wasn't as painful as most of them usually are! I'd recommend them to a friend for sure.

Unfortunately he had to return 2 days later due to an imbalance problem and hopefully it is now resolved it at no charge.

It was time to replace my 32 year old garage door. I called Precision on a Sunday which also happened to be mothers day. My garage door was stuck. My car was trapped! There was a tech here within 2 hours.
