We are very disappointed in the company they have become. We had used these guys in the past and the technician who came out troubleshot the problems and fixed per a reasonable cost is no longer there. The guy came out this visit appeared to be one of the owners and would only replace the entire system form motor to doors. I decided to trouble shoot myself to find out all this needed was to be leveled and balanced to work. They did not want to do that and used some excuse it was not according to OCHA standards and only wanted to charge the most he could bill for - Lazy . I have fixed myself by applying more tension to the cable and springs as well as some minor balancing - works perfectly . I would avoid them for any repairs as they will just try and sell you everything brand new . They appear to now prey on this.

My door broke at 12:30. Almost killed me by heart attack from the spring snapping. I called for repair. Well be there between 1-3. What? Wow!!! So Austin shows up. He went thru everything with me, then I called my husband so he could do it over cos well, poster child for blondes here. He was EXTREMELY helpful, and explained everything to me, showed me the parts he replaced and why they were wrong . It was just a great experience thank austin for me for such a wonderful job! we r so happy it doesnt take 5 mins for it to open any more!

Tyler Williams did an excellent job with the replacement of the garage door and opener. He arrived on time, removed the old door/components, installed the new door, hardware, opener system and keypad, demonstrated the regular maintenance and provided the product, helped setup and explained the MyQ app and cared for my property as if it were his home. Precision Door Michiana provided excellent service from the first call through the install! Thank you!

Precision Garage Door of Michiana came out the same day I made the request. They were able to diagnose the issue with our garage door. We learned the door was installed by the previous owner and there wasn't any good news. The tech took the time to show me all his concerns/issues. Unfortunately, we will need to replace everything in the near future. Thank you Precision Door for you time and patience.

Had new garage door installed Oct 22, beginning of Feb 24, door would not open or close completely. Jonathan came out and fixed the problem. One week latersame issue. Jonathan came out again. Very pleasant. Very professional. Very reasonable. Fixed the issue again. Very satisfied with Precision Garage Door. Would recommend to everyone.

Peter was excellent, and very helpful with replacing our garage door motors. We were working with an insurance claim, and he took the time to provide detailed explanations and pictures along with my invoice so I could provide it to my claims adjuster. Left the area clean and tidy!

I'm satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door today. My technician, Andrew Ginter, arrived within the scheduled time frame, and did the work required to restore my garage door's full functionality.
