My technician was John S. When my springs broke and my car was trapped in the garage, John showed up quickly! Hes kind and he helped me figure out what I could afford by providing me with accurate estimates and discounted what he could. This helped so much. He had attention to detail and his experience and knowledge meant he finished the job lightening fast! I cannot say thank you enough! After he was finished I asked so many questions about the maintenance and care ongoing and he answered all my questions. He never flustered even when asked to repeat answers. Rep replaced bad drive. Cost 1100.00 dollars which is a lot of money. I asked for the service guy to program my car opener and he said he would charge more to program it. Seems to me that the service guy would program my car for free after charging me 1100.00 dollars.

Precision Garage Door installed a new door 10 years ago. Recently, I began having problems with the door not closing.it was clear it was catching on something, but after lubricating the roller channel the problem remained. Called on a Saturday expecting an appointment next week sometime. Nope! I had a fabulous, knowledgeable technician out within 2 hours of my call. Chung Yu Li quickly determined what was causing the problem, explained several different resolutions, and had my door working smoothly again within 2 hours of his arrival. Everyone has always been polite, professional, and communicates well. Definitely 5 stars!

Chung was the repairman that came from Precision Garage Door of Michiana. He was able to get me in the same day I inquired about repairs. He performed an initial inspection and father some information from me regarding the age of the door/house. He made several recommendations for repair of the door and gave me written estimates. Once I made the decision on what I wanted him to repair, he had the door repaired and back in like new condition with in a couple of hours. His expertise and warm friendly demeanor lead to a very positive experience.

Wednesday, October 23, 2024, I received a call stating he was in route and will arrive by 8:30am. On time, Tyler asked if I had any questions or needed him to go through everything. I said No. Tyler began the work quick and efficiently. Once done, He went through all the important information clearly and precise; from Warranty, garage door, lubrication and down to remotes etc. Clean-up was awesome that we didn't realize are old double wide was gone. Everything new and fabulous. If I was able to take pictures of This door inside and out, I would. Just Fabulous! So glad we went with Precision Garage. Also, Like to thank Alex checking out my old door and giving me vital information that encourage me to move forward with Precision. Like to Thank Jose R for being very detail in helping with price, color, installation and types of doors in stock and how long the process would be. The tension spring broke, called Precision on Saturday morning (labor day weekend) and Jose was knocking on my door at 2pm, analyzed the situation and explained in detail the repairs needed and total cost.
