Gavin showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me the correct estimate and fixed my motion sensors, oiled up the wheels and tightened all the bolts on my garage door. All while being very professional and efficient. Would call and request him for any garage door service. Thank you Gavin.

The Genie remotes at service door were disabling the remotes in the car. Nobody knows why. So Andy Ginter hard wired the service door remotes to the Genie motor. Andy is the best. Not so much Genie.

Precision Garage door people did what they said they would do. Came out the same day I called them. I had my garage floor coated and they were very careful not to injure it in any way. Very thankful for that. The new garage door was up in one afternoon. Works wonderfully and so quite.The technition ,Mr.Goodrich was polite and informative. I would recommend this company.

I had to have the tension spring replaced on my garage door. Peter Wendorff came on the service call to take care of this for me. He did an excellent job very professional very courteous very friendly.. He took the time to explain everything to me and also showed me how to continue with maintenance on the garage door. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect service call. I would definitely contact Precision door again. Thank you so much everything is very appreciated .

John was very knowledgeable and explained the issues of our garage door. After much discussion with multiple garage door repairs options, It was decided a replacement would be best since our door was well over 20 years old. This is a work in progress to be done in about 3 to 4 weeks.

My technician was John S. When my springs broke and my car was trapped in the garage, John showed up quickly! Hes kind and he helped me figure out what I could afford by providing me with accurate estimates and discounted what he could. This helped so much. He had attention to detail and his experience and knowledge meant he finished the job lightening fast! I cannot say thank you enough! After he was finished I asked so many questions about the maintenance and care ongoing and he answered all my questions. He never flustered even when asked to repeat answers. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding! Thank you!!

Rep replaced bad drive. Cost 1100.00 dollars which is a lot of money. I asked for the service guy to program my car opener and he said he would charge more to program it. Seems to me that the service guy would program my car for free after charging me 1100.00 dollars.
