Our garage door broke on Friday night and we were able to get a tech out here by 1030. Chung Yu Li was our tech. He was very professional and showed me 3 options to fix the door. He was very quick and friendly. Our garage door is so quiet now I can't believe it. I've been wanting to fix it for years. It's amazing. Thank you to Chung Lu Li for the amazing job he did and to Precision for having amazing people that work for them. Good help is hard to find now days so it's nice to see there are people out there that know how to treat customers and do a great job at the same time. Precision Garage door people did what they said they would do. Came out the same day I called them. I had my garage floor coated and they were very careful not to injure it in any way. Very thankful for that. The new garage door was up in one afternoon. Works wonderfully and so quite.The technition ,Mr.Goodrich was polite and informative. I would recommend this company.

We needed new springs. But apparently you couldn't just change just that, we had to buy new bearings, which wasn't necessary. So because our normal company couldn't come out right away, we called you. We appreciate it getting fixed the same day, and Gavan was professional. The one suggestion we have is to be more careful to not dirty the walls. Clean it up before you leave. Common courtesy.
