Our garage door spring broke late yesterday afternoon. Precision sent Austin to us first thing this morning. Austin was clear in explaining what service we needed, which went beyond replacing the spring. He quoted us $1600 to repair, which is steep, but in the interest of time, we chose not to get other quotes and to trust that the work was necessary to keep our door running smoothly. We appreciated the prompt and professional communication and service (including texting a photo of the technician before he arrived).

Great experience. Jose Villalobos was the technician and did a fantastic job.very polite and respectful. Personally called me to let me know he was on his way. Showed me all my options as well as pricing but was not pushy. We had a broken spring and he replaced that as well as the other one. Realigned, lubed the garage door and made sure it was fully operational. The next day one of the new springs came unwound from the connector. No fault of precision. It was a manufacturing defect. Pete Wendorf came to the house quickly and got it taken care of. I would definitely use them again if needed.

We called to get our garage door repaired. They had their technician, Chung Yu Li, there within a couple hours. He accessed the problem, gave us a quote and had it repaired the same day! Li was very professional and did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend them!

I had an issue with my lock and latch. The cable and a few components were missing. Jonathan Seman came out and looked at it. Got it repaired fairly quickly tbh. And yea it closes much easier than it did before and locks again, and he was a rather friendly person. No complaints. Was a same day repair of when I contacted them.

I called late on a Tuesday and they serviced my door about an hour later, Austin Jefferson was awesome he explained our problems and issues and addressed them all in a very timely matter, he knows his stuff and was very personable! If we ever need any thing again we will definitely be in contact.

Just got a new garage door and opener and we could not be happier with the service from beginning to end. Setting up the appointment on line was easy and convenient. Collin Walsh came out to look at our garage door which was a very old. He went over our choices without pressure. He went over financing option and walked us through the process. Percision was in constant contact before appointment and confirmed appointment details. Day of appointment, Tyler called to let us know he was a bit behind and gave us a time he was going to be here. He arrived by the time he said. He was professional, and friendly. He began working and completed the installation. Tyler went over what we needed to know about our new garage door and opener. He cleaned up his work area and helped us program the key pad. I would recommend Precision . Thank you!

My garage door had fallen, and it would not go up. The spring was broken. Precision sent Andy out to help me. I got a trained technician with a well-stocked truck and less than two hours after calling the door was repaired and fully serviced. Andy showed me an evaluation report and recommendations for repair. All costs were clearly presented and the work was carried out just as described. This is the only garage door company on my phone list. Always good service, fair prices and guaranteed.
