When the coil spring broke, we called for service. Andy Johnson came and helped open a very heavy wood double door. He gave a repair estimate but recommended a new steel door to replace one that was installed in 1975. Our new door was installed this morning by Blaine Goodrich's team. It looks great and works great.

After patiently and clearly explaining the issues, he provided us with a preliminary quotation outlining the options available to us. He expeditiously and carefully explained the next steps, constantly repeating our questions and always asking clarifying questions to ensure we understood the service he would provide. He did the work expeditiously, which solved our problems, and was careful to explain the use of the equipment, the various warranties/ guarantees, and how to operate the equipment. It was a good experience.
