Great experience. Very friendly and down to earth. He estimated it would take about an hour to replace the broken spring and the main pulley wheels. Less than an hour he was done and reprogrammed the opener. Jon Seman performed the repair.

The Genie remotes at service door were disabling the remotes in the car. Nobody knows why. So Andy Ginter hard wired the service door remotes to the Genie motor. Andy is the best. Not so much Genie.
