Our garage door broke on Friday night and we were able to get a tech out here by 1030. Chung Yu Li was our tech. He was very professional and showed me 3 options to fix the door. He was very quick and friendly. Our garage door is so quiet now I can't believe it. I've been wanting to fix it for years. It's amazing. Thank you to Chung Lu Li for the amazing job he did and to Precision for having amazing people that work for them. Good help is hard to find now days so it's nice to see there are people out there that know how to treat customers and do a great job at the same time. I will refer Chung and precision to all of my neighbors. Thank you again. Shane & Lana LaGuardia.

Precision Garage door people did what they said they would do. Came out the same day I called them. I had my garage floor coated and they were very careful not to injure it in any way. Very thankful for that. The new garage door was up in one afternoon. Works wonderfully and so quite.The technition ,Mr.Goodrich was polite and informative. I would recommend this company.

We needed new springs. But apparently you couldn't just change just that, we had to buy new bearings, which wasn't necessary. So because our normal company couldn't come out right away, we called you. We appreciate it getting fixed the same day, and Gavan was professional. The one suggestion we have is to be more careful to not dirty the walls. Clean it up before you leave. Common courtesy.

Just recently my garage door failed as the right coil broke, and I could not get the door up. I have worked with precision in the past and I had the utmost confidence that my call would be received professionally and that they would work through my situation quickly, I was not disappointed. My technician Andrew was wonderful. He was clear and concise in what was needed. Andrew was clear in his communication and how long he would take And then make sure after his work was done that the garage door was working properly. Thank you, Andrew!

I had to have the tension spring replaced on my garage door. Peter Wendorff came on the service call to take care of this for me. He did an excellent job very professional very courteous very friendly.. He took the time to explain everything to me and also showed me how to continue with maintenance on the garage door. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect service call. I would definitely contact Precision door again. Thank you so much everything is very appreciated .

John was very knowledgeable and explained the issues of our garage door. After much discussion with multiple garage door repairs options, It was decided a replacement would be best since our door was well over 20 years old. This is a work in progress to be done in about 3 to 4 weeks.
