We needed new springs. But apparently you couldn't just change just that, we had to buy new bearings, which wasn't necessary. So because our normal company couldn't come out right away, we called you. We appreciate it getting fixed the same day, and Gavan was professional. The one suggestion we have is to be more careful to not dirty the walls. Clean it up before you leave. Common courtesy.

Just recently my garage door failed as the right coil broke, and I could not get the door up. I have worked with precision in the past and I had the utmost confidence that my call would be received professionally and that they would work through my situation quickly, I was not disappointed. My technician Andrew was wonderful. He was clear and concise in what was needed. Andrew was clear in his communication and how long he would take And then make sure after his work was done that the garage door was working properly. Thank you, Andrew!

I had to have the tension spring replaced on my garage door. Peter Wendorff came on the service call to take care of this for me. He did an excellent job very professional very courteous very friendly.. He took the time to explain everything to me and also showed me how to continue with maintenance on the garage door. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect service call. I would definitely contact Precision door again. Thank you so much everything is very appreciated .

John was very knowledgeable and explained the issues of our garage door. After much discussion with multiple garage door repairs options, It was decided a replacement would be best since our door was well over 20 years old. This is a work in progress to be done in about 3 to 4 weeks.

Scheduled an appointment on line which is always a plus. The tech, Jon seman, called me when he was close to the house with his arrival time. Jon was very professional and easy to work with. He installed my new garage door opener in no time and was great with helping me get started with the app. He took the time to explain the operation and features of the new opener. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a garage door and/or opener.

Austin installed new springs and a Genie motor, ensuring everything was in top working order. After completing the job efficientlywithin just a couple of hourshe called me again to review everything. KUDOS to Precision Door and Jon. On Friday of holiday w/e our door opener spring broke, trapping our car. Big holiday family gig here. I left many emergences messages to NO redponse.
