When the coil spring broke, we called for service. Andy Johnson came and helped open a very heavy wood double door. He gave a repair estimate but recommended a new steel door to replace one that was installed in 1975. Our new door was installed this morning by Blaine Goodrich's team. It looks great and works great.

They were prompt .The technician Jose Villalobos was very professional.He explained, all work to be done. I would recommend Jose and the company he works for. The cost may not have been the cheapest but I've been down that road and called Precision.

Awesome job. Didn't know that my cable and springs needed replaced. The technician was very efficient and polite. I originally called them for an issue I was having with the over Head garage door and after he fixed the issue he then did an inspection and found out the problem with the cable and springs on the overhead garage door.

Austin was prompt and very informative. He repaired our broken spring and upgraded our cables . He also made any neccessary safety adjustments to the door . After finishing the job he walked me through all of the repairs and explained the maintenance that should be preformed annually. Overall a great experience and will definitely call them first for any garage door issues.

Our technician, Gavan Compton, arrived on time and was professional. He asked about the problems we were experiencing and then started his investigation. After patiently and clearly explaining the issues, he provided us with a preliminary quotation outlining the options available to us. He expeditiously and carefully explained the next steps, constantly repeating our questions and always asking clarifying questions to ensure we understood the service he would provide. He did the work expeditiously, which solved our problems, and was careful to explain the use of the equipment, the various warranties/ guarantees, and how to operate the equipment. It was a good experience.

DON'T PAY CASH FOR YOUR DOWN PAYMENT! I GOT SCREWED OUT OF $100.00 WHEN PAYING $800.00. Installer and installation were great, no problems with him. The missing $100.00 is between the original estimator and office girl.
